We were passing by this joint coming from Austin looking for some good Mexican food and figured we would give this place a shot. GLAD WE DID. Best damn Quesabirria tacos I’ve had in Texas so far. My buddy had the smoked brisket tacos and said the same thing. Give this place a try! Trust me

On the way to Dallas we stopped to get gas and saw this taco shop and gave it a try. Darryl, the “Ol Man,” not only knows how to make good food, but also is the freaking man! Glad we stopped!

We hosted the entire Sabine Varsity football team at Ol Mans Taco and the boys loved it! Nacho Trays for appetizers and a Taco Buffet to top it off. Darrell absolutely has his offerings perfected! Certainly, not your ordinary food. Many items and sauces are from scratch as well. Go check the out - Just off I20 at HWY42 and FM1252.

Of course had to stop by on the way back in town to get our favorites.. while I have tried soo many things and everything I have tried has always been soo good, the Loaded Mexican Corn and Smoked Brisket Tacos is a must for us!!! To then finish it off with some amazing churros!!!😋

We have been looking for a place that fixes mexican food that is not part of the 'standard fare' mexican food place. This is a mom & pop place - no fancy furniture, decorations, or menu. It is clean, simple and the menu consists of pictures on the wall, none of which are 'combo' meals. Don't let that deter you! The food stands on its own and doesn't need any 'fillers' like beans & rice. Everything is made to order. We haven't tried everything on the menu (yet), but highly recommend the big meat nachos (served in a lg pizza box), meat quesadilla, cheeseburger & street tacos! You will not be disappointed!

Was passing through town and stopped for something else which was next door. People next door told me food was pretty good. I got the mexican fried rice. I have got to say that is probably some of the best Fried Rice I have ever had anywhere. Absolutely. I now need to try everything else.
