My dad and I came in and got some food, I believe this is the best service from a restaurant I have received in awhile. Nathan was very helpful and outgoing, he asked if we had any questions or wanted to try anything due to my dad having neck surgery a couple weeks ago it is very hard for him to swallow and talk. Nathan was very understanding and caring, he definitely deserves a raise and also the food was hot and fresh.

My fiance went to get me food while I was working. He ordered the noodles for me and 2 entrees of the beef and broccoli. I open my box and see fried rice. I have a mild egg allergy. Thanks, also no soy? After he specifically asked for soy? Bs.

The only place that comes close to this bad of customer service is the Popeyes in kilgore. The manager could not be less helpful and the store is disgusting. If you choose to eat here, be sure not to order within 3 hours of closing even if its on the app, they will not cook the food fresh and if they're out of whatever item, they just wont fill the order. All without notifying the customer.
