The only place that comes close to this bad of customer service is the Popeyes in kilgore. The manager could not be less helpful and the store is disgusting. If you choose to eat here, be sure not to order within 3 hours of closing even if its on the app, they will not cook the food fresh and if they're out of whatever item, they just wont fill the order. All without notifying the customer.

I went and got my family dinner last night spent well over $40 and half my order was missing, an entire bigger plate and a couple other things. so guess who had to miss out because my children needed to eat, ME 👎🏼 Called about 6 times at like 6pm to let them know and no one answered.
