My sister and I come here quite often. We always get the fried rice and orange chicken. Atmosphere is decent, but not very clean. The bathrooms are cleaner than the dining area. Food is great and so is the service.

I go back once every couple of months thinking it will get better. Nope. Why don’t they send some employees to the Longview location to train. Theirs is always good. The rice was clumpy and not done. I ended up feeding it to my dogs.

I come here so often and yet they still mess up my order I'm ane they always forget to put egrrolls or woutons in the bag also they never ever give me my correct sauces that I ask for I tell them in the drive through if they let me usually the get mad about it and tell you to tell them at the window which I do and they still get it wrong I think I'm done eating here they just lost about 600 $ a month on business just from me and my wife alone

Every couple of months I "give it another try" and it's always the same....NO FOOD. It doesn't matter if they just opened, if it's peak hours or just a random slow time of day. They're always out of chow mein, orange chicken and at least 2 other entree items. I'm told it's a 30 minute wait for orange chicken and a 20 minute wait for chow mein. If I actually do get food when I go, it is mediocre at best. Never again.

I love Panda Express, but they make it so hard to get good food. If I’m craving Panda Express at 7:30 I know I’m out of luck because they stop making food EARLY into the night cuz they are LAZY. They close at 10 but are out of stock at 7. Sad. Even getting food in the afternoon results in mushy stale chicken? Is it that hard to make the food you sell fresh enough to eat?
Every single time I try to go here the orange chicken is always dried up old and chewy this used to be my favorite panda cause the food was always fresh but after going 3 times now and getting old nasty orange chicken I’m done.
