Bought Pizza it was dry and overcooked when asked for refund Ashley at the store got smarted and I reported her to corporate office in Plano You spend your money and food and these restaurants don’t want to refund your money 💵
For them to have a 2.1 Review is not good at all so people start checking restaurants ratings before you spend your money 💴 just saying lesson learned from this
i have ordered 3 times recently. i’ve asked for light sauce and extra cheese. i work in a pizza place so i know it’s not that hard to read a ticket. my pizza is always hopping with sauce and barely any cheese. this location is awful. if you can’t get kitchen staff to understand that light sauce means BARELY any, not normal amount, then don’t hire them.
