I LOVE the food at the Longview Tx store . When I worked in Longview I ate at schlotzsky's at least once a week. The Kilgore is NOTHING like it. They have VERY poor service like tonight I went through the drive at this location and the girl at the window was NOT friendly at all. My sandwich was not even put together as a sandwich when I got it out of the bag . I asked for cream soda to drink and when the girl working the window handed it to me it was dark in color I said this is cream soda she just said yeah and shut the window. It WAS NOT cream soda is was coke mixed with something else. They never have products the advertise!! I paid 21.00 for food I couldn't even eat!

12/08/24 Around 1:30pm: First I would like to say that I Do enjoy Schlotzsky's food. Today, I didn't have a great experience. It was my first time ordering online and I arrived inside 10 minutes after ordering. Long story short... I waited inside for 15 minutes before someone came up and told me that they were out of part of my order and I substituted it for something else. The food was bland and not properly made.
While I was waiting, another family came in to order food as well. The mother asked for a wet rag to clean off their table. The emplyee went to the back grabbed a blue paper cloth and proceeded to wet it in the mop bucket before ringing it out and handing it to the lady. The lady did not see this happen but I did because I could see through the online order window where the mop was leaning against the wall. As the lady walked towards me, I informed her what happened. She was very grateful! But the audacity that the employee had to do that to someone who's trying to feed their children.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!

Ordered pizza to go (called ahead). Wasn't ready when I arrived but they were really busy with lunch. Great pizza. Worth the 15 minute wait. 2 for one pizza on Tuesday!

Order was not received as ordered. The calzone I received after remaking was just as pathetic as it was the initial time I received it. Literally 7 pieces of Italian sausage on this sausage and pepper calzone. $12 for a calzone that did not have hardly any meat inside it. Advertise for poor quality so customer expectation is lower than advertised. Wouldn’t be so let down if expectations weren’t advertised so high for money spent.

The food was very good I only gave 4 stars because one side of my calzone had meat and the other side didn't but it was good I got the sausage and peppers which only had sausage on one side and the chicken bacon ranch calzone the next one I'll try is the Italian calzone they are a nice size you get full eating one slice of the calzone my son and mother said it was good!!!
