Terrible service!!! Ordered on line and paid for it. Went through drive thru 30 minutes later. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, i get told to pull to the curd and wait 20 more minutes.

We went on a BOGO night. We asked before we placed our order to make sure that it was BOGO. The young man replied yes that it was. So we placed our order for 2 sandwiches combos. It is not posted anywhere about the BOGO. We just saw a comment on Facebook about it. So we get to the window. The gentleman tells up the total is $31.80. My husband ask surprising if that was for the BOGO. At this time is when we were informed that the BOGO was only on the pizzas.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:19,( my wife and I were the only people in the restaurant at this time.) At 5:50 ask the status of our order ? Answer : after putting her phone down , oh our bad your order didn't get turned in !!! Had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. There needs to be an adult supervisor there and a don't play on your phone at work rule implemented !!
Pull in drive thru. Order a turkey avocado and a French dip. Response sorry sir out of au jus sauce. Ok I'll have an original. Get home no avocado on the turkey avocado!! I know it's 825 but u don't close till 9. Ugh!!
