Worst service ever waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes no one answered went to the window no one else was in line, the person at the window rolled their eyes at me and never came to the window. It’s also 5 in the afternoon. No reason to be rude to paying customers.

Very unhappy. Mobile order #1000259761626 was completely wrong. Both burgers were made incorrectly, there were no onions rings, and the medium fry was only half full and stale. I called multiple times to address with no answer. Very unhappy!

Our server went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and asked for! (A strawberry mangonada creamslush, and a banana cheesecake shake) both were exactly what my husband and I wanted and service was very fast!

3rd trip screwed up order back to town didn't answer drive through box back in line 12 minutes to order window This is pitiful, poorly trained staff and don't seem to worried about Sonics profit. I'll not be back.
