Thank you for bringing over the young lady from your college location. I heard her telling a vustomer she was filling in. I come in this location alot but NEVER got this type of service. So speechless from her customer service i didnt catch her name. But let me tell you how amazing this young lady is. When i came in it was as if i witnessed a spiritual moment. Its been so long since ive experience customer service on this level. Every customer being greeted , acknowledged helped efficiently, such a friendly spirit. I told my husband i felt like i was standing in front of a earth angel. You can tell she's Gods child. You all have a special young lady on your team. I felt so renewed after visiting this location. Put everything into perspective for me to see someone working a fast food job so humble most people act like they hate there job. Store was also very clean. Impressed and definitely will be visting her at the college location soon

Every time I get food from this location the Italian bread is stale/hard, the lettuce is always brown looking. This time they were out of meatballs, last time they had to go get them from the back & sometimes they are out of tea.The staff is not friendly & acts like the don’t care.

I usually love coming to this subway since it’s so clean and the food is always great, but we showed up at 9:30 (after opening🙄) to get food and the employee had the doors locked and hid in the back to avoid serving us. Disappointed and won’t be coming back.

We stopped by for lunch yesterday. had a long tiring morning. We walked in to the most pleasant fun atmosphere I’ve ever had in a subway. The 3 sweet ladies were all happy and cheerful so much that it was contagious. And WOW the food was great on top of the welcoming air. We got our bellies full but they also filled us with joy that I’ve never experienced in a fast food restaurant. Thank you ladies for the cheerfulness and smiles you really blessed our day. Look forward to seeing you all again soon! Again thank you Jennifer, Betty, and Kathy! Sure hope I remembered your names correctly. When I walked in she seemed mad, she made my sandwich wrong and got mad when I kindly corrected her, and she put black olives on my sandwich and I hate black olives. Also I walked in while she was eating and she didn’t wash her hands before making my sandwich.

Went into this Subway today at 96 N. MidtownKilgore, TX and it was awful ! Customer service was awful . Girl had all her hair up on top of her head without a hair net . Her hair could just fall in anyone’s food. She was to busy seeing what her boyfriend was doing on his phone . They had no American cheese . Didn’t even cut my foot long sandwich in half . No thank you or come back again . Don’t worry I won’t be back !
