It was my first time going here and it was TERRIBLE!! I was very disappointed. I refuse to go back here and give them any business. All I asked for was a Build Your Own Cravings Box. Which was supposed to include the following items. 1 Chalupa Supreme, 1 Soft Taco with all toppings, 1 Cinnamon Twists & a Large Drink. I did not receive any of the items that were asked and paid for. Instead, this is what I received. See photos.

Ordered through the kiosk. Not busy. Only person in dining room and no one at the drive thru.Asked twice if the bag was my whole order and was assured it was. I was missing 2 burrito supremes but couldn't see that by the way the food was stacked in the bag. Lesson learned. Always count everything twice
Worst taco bell experience ever my food came out cold my cinnabons were cold in the middle my whole burrito was cold with a stale tortilla had not even been heated the soft taco was a flat piece of card board with lettuce which was more warm than the taco itself the 2 boys working inside had attitudes. I worked 2 years management in Tyler and would have fired these 2 long ago sorriest visit ever
The new kiosk ordering makes me avoid this place. Its slow and stupid.
