Taco Bell food is disgusting. I ordered the 9:00 Deluxe Box and it was disgusting, The hard shell Tacos are soggy, the meat is disgusting, Taco Bell use to serve good food, but not nomore, if you want to waste money on disgusting food go yo Taco Bell in Kilgore, But I do not recommend there food and I won't be going back, Beware People.

I've never been to Taco Bell until yesterday. I will never go back again. I ordered a chicken quesadilla & a side of guacamole.Chicken had no taste, if anything it tasted boiled. There was very little of it at best. Quesadillas were so thin & flat. Not to mention the quac had only about a tablespoon. Hot sauce was in packets & was awful. Not worth 7.00 dollars. I guess it's just me but I don't know how they make it. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I'll never try again though.

Lately they can’t seem to get it together. Tonight I ordered Doritos locos SUPREME tacos and got regular. It’s a decent amount more for those too and I’m not happy about it. Last time I got a large dragon fruit freeze and once stirred it was actually the size of a regular and the large is quite a bit more price wise. They never fill up the container for large nacho fries either which of course again is more obviously. Just aggravating at this point. It’s not that hard. I know been in the food industry for 18 yrs myself. Get it together guys. I don’t even really like these tacos with the sour cream and tomato on it. I would never get them without it but not going to waste it either. When you call the phone rings then sounds like a fax is picking up. Disappointing to say the least. Guess I’ll start giving Bueno a shot even if Bell is my preferred choice. Maybe they can actually get an order right and the amount I pay for.

I don't usually comment on fast-food places, but this TB is exceptional. A wonderful young lady taught me how to use the electronic order board and the food came out perfect and very fast. All the condiments etc are available on a side table. All TB's should emulated this location.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla… got a folded tortilla with nothing in it. Two soft taco supremes, got two tortillas with lettuce in them. Wtf.
Usually very good but the value menu chicken enchilada is not good..at all.. plz replace it with the old menu with a chicken queso

Terrible customer service. Driver and I had 2 prepaid online orders to pick up. The person at drive through consistently kept telling us she could not understand and told us to pull around to window. We did and they finally understood my driver. We asked if I could get mine too and they told us no we would have to drive back around and do the entire thing a second time (fully backed up drive-through). This was an online, already paid for order. The order was cancelled and we left without getting the food.
