We were traveling through so we don't ever come to this location. Food was good, but the service was very slow. We were the only ones there.

I didn’t Realize before ordering that they threw entire bottles of salt into their food, absolutely disgusting, missing two cheesecake bites and the chips that come on the platter. I don’t understand how this establishment is still open.

It’s really what you would expect from your average taco bueno. But the food was good and the evening staff were polite and friendly. Their salsa bar was neat and stocked which is usually a hit or miss in other TB joints. This place was great!
Not sure about this taco burger ? some things should just not be made into a burger it was ok I didn't like it the texture and taste seemed like it was missing something I couldn't figure out what it was missing you may like it I just couldn't get into it but it was only 2.99 they didn't give me sauce I would say put sauce on it but I don't think that would work but yeah you should try it

I don't know which was worse between both the service and the food I ordered. The tacos I ordered had stale shells and were greasy, not juicy. There's a difference. The employees are unprofessional, very young people with not a bit of sense when it comes to interacting with customers. It's the worse taco experience I've ever had which surprised me because I'm from out of town and Texas is known for good food. This Taco Bueno ruined that expectation for both me and my husband. I'll never return to this place.

This location used to be so good and clean years ago. However, today it was not. First, the ladies bathroom stunk so bad and had black mold in and all around the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting!!! The food was a tad cold as well. Such a shame cause we loved this place.

The staff here are incredibly rude and do not care about customer service. We sat for almost 10 minutes waiting on a drive thru order. The manager proceeded to argue with my husband and I at the drive through window about what was missing from our order. My husband and I pulled into a parking spot to check our order and of course we were missing items like we told the manager after he assured us nothing was missing. The other employees working with the manager roamed around inside doing absolutely nothing while the drive thru continued to pile up. I'm not too sure what's been going on lately with Kilgore's Taco Bueno, but it used to be very good and one of my husband and I'm go to spots for a quick bite. We have given them multiple chances here lately with no improvement seen.
