The bulgoki and fried rice was amzeballs, but unfortunately, they've closed their doors...owned by the same people that had Matsu's, which also looks like it's closed!

No one seems to know this place exists and I don't know why! The people who own Matsu also own To You. They have burgers and wings as well as some of the Matsu style offerings. The restaurant is nice and spacious and service was quick! I had the Teriyaki Chicken which came with a house salad, fried rice, and veggies. It was delicious and a good price for what you get. You'll be needing a to go container. My friend's son even enjoyed eating there.

My friends and I really like this place... Food is great and their ice tea is awesome. Service is always good. The ambiance is lacking though ... The interior paint is very dark and the lighting isn't very bright. Other than that, the good food keeps me coming back. :)

So, where is everybody? This is a newly built-out diner / sports bar in the shopping center where Brookshires was before it relocated down the street. The remodeled interior is great. Large area divided up into spacious sections providing some privacy. Yes, the decor is eclectic, but everything is new and clean. BUT THERE WERE HARDLY ANY CUSTOMERS AT LUNCH. The menu is quite eclectic as well, but when we figured out these folks also own Matsu's, we opted for the shrimp rice bowl. Fried rice topped with a generous helping of grilled shrimp and lightly stir fried veggies - perfectly done so as to still be crisp. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Didn't really need the "sexy" sauce served along side. This entree came with a house salad and, as previously mentioned, the house dressing was great. For those seeking low carb, maybe order the rice bowl, cut the rice or rice on the side? I so hope they step up their advertising and get things rolling. This Asian influenced fare is a nice change from Chinese buffets.

Suppa Thursday night- I'm not as enthusiastic as my bride is about this place. The atmosphere is confusing. There is no sign out side to indicate much of a business is here. "Now Open". That's it. The door was the Name and hours. As you walk in you see sports memoribilia making you think, "Alright." Then you walk about the corner and it's split up in no real orgnization. Sports bar (sorta), oriental pictures, french market pictures, etc. It's not laid out to help the employees. They walk here to get this, then there to get that. The food- my bride likes the rice bowls. She's had two there. There is plenty of food in those. I had the Bulbuga Burger and fries. Not good. Extra grease for good measure. The fries were frozen then over cooked. The service- The kid working on us was one of my wife's students. He did work hard though and was a nice kid. He has a good future. We tipped him well. I'm not going back unless she asks me to. It's not something I'm going to crave or frequent while she is out of town. I hope they get it together and figure out what they want to be.
