What ever crew is on this moring watch out! I simply went to ask the girl making coffee with the glasses a question and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Politely i asked Ma'am? Continued to ignored me, and finally raises her voice at me saying WHAT you can fill your cup here! I'm like umm I know that 🤷🏻♂️ it's my fountain drink cup I'm filling at the gas station, I just had a question. She processed with well what can I get you? Ummm a manger then then just walked away again and the manger wouldn't come talk to me. You're in the business of SERVING people. If its gonna put you in an awful mood then quit! I love whataburger, but this location won't get a penny out of me ever again

Ordered on the app. Picked up in the drive thru. My order was ready when I arrived. Very nice young lady working the window with great smile and attitude. Very convenient location off I-20 at exit 582.

Customer service was phenomenal! The ladies handling the drive-thru were professional, courteous, and pleasant. The drive-thru was busy, and yet they were maintaining composure.
I got the bacon blaze jalapeno double, and it was amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone to try this burger. The Burger was excellent the fries were hot, and I actually got a napkin in my bag. Will return again on my next cheat day. I have to wait 7 days to have that burger again.

Look, it's Whataburger. My visit was everything I expected it to be; completely free of drama or disappointment. The food was good for classic fast food from a company who knows what they're doing. I'm a Whataburger fan but it IS just that.... a pleasant & yummy Whataburger experience.

The team was nice. This place was clean. I ordered a number one with french fries with no salt take it back up to the register the happily replaced the order but it took about 30 minutes are there way longer than expected to be but they were very friendly and I was giving a cookie they say that because I was being so kind and patient
