One of the cleanest restaurants I've been in. It doesn't seem to matter which Wingstop I go to the food is consistent at all locations. I am a Wing fanatic, and it would be great if they had a better selection of sauces

Terrible customer service while ordering in store. To top it off, my order was incomplete and I realized that after 5 min down the road. I return to pick up missing items and they didn’t even compensate in any way for their mess up.

This place is ridiculous. I tried calling in an order after having problems with the App... then after repeated calls .... (to which I guess wingstop just doesn't answer the phone). I finally placed an order online and paid for it. My fiance stops on her way home from a long shift at work to pick up our order... and she had to wait another 30mins. First problem is the staff can't seem to speak good enough English to find an order for a very common name (michael) Secondly...after alot of back and forth they find the order then they try to argue the order was not paid for.... to which my wife has to then go back out to her car and show them the amount had been charged to our bank account. And this is on top of the fact we were in there a few weeks ago and dined in and the lady that took our order was rude and then didn't even bring us our food....just sat it on the counter.... to which after a few moments a walked up to discover it was our order. 🤬🤬🤬

I wouldn’t return to this location. If I could give it a zero for customer service, I would. The young lady at the front Marilou is very rude and unprofessional. When you call in your food she is rude. I’m not sure how this young lady is still allowed to work at this establishment due to me hearing from others in town that she’s rude as well. Wingstop please train your employees on customer service. When you have multiple people complaining on one employee and you keep her, that says you don’t care about your customers and this impertinent person is more important than your business. I’m assuming you don’t read your reviews because I see several reviews complaining on her. Gladly to say you won’t get another dollar from me. I’d rather drive to Longview for wings than to deal with a disgusting employee. Do better.
Awful food. Order 20 for 20 Sad they can't count Louisiana Rub no rub and Lemon Pepper both no seasoning. Called back and it was like no big deal. I was told lemon pepper has a dry rub, it's this new I thought it was tossed in a lemon sauce. Then they added a lemon pepper shake. My son stated young female was on cellphone and acted as if customers were bothering her. He also stated he observed young males cooks playing around. I am totally upset. Was credited for Louisiana Rub yet explained lemon pepper had no seasoning as well. I will go back and speak with Manager express my concerns and WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME EATING THERE ANYMORE. Thanks for a messed up mother's day son was upset as well.

I placed a order through the phone , and the girl kept rushing me to hang up I told her I wanted the wings well done and she just kept brushing it off , I also TOLD HER I WANTED EXTRA FRIES INSTEAD OF VEGGIE STICKS (order comes with 2 veggies sticks) , and she just proceeded to say “OK” brushing it off too! I called them , back when I saw my order was wrong and all she says “it’s going to be a extra charge” I asked why if she messed up my order which she said again that it would be $1 and I said OK I’m going for the fries . My husband went to pick them up returned the veggie sticks and AMY just handed him one order of fries yet took both orders of veggie sticks back! wings aren’t even well done . I’ve noticed that when the teens are running the store the orders are always messed up .
