I ordered a medium dipped cone $3.09. One inch of ice cream above the cake cone. It was then dipped to where the protective paper starts. It was a mess. I asked the employee if she was sure that this was a medium dipped cone. She said yes. I have never received a cone so undersized. It was a disappointment.

Ordered a chocolate shake with whipped cream and received a cup of ice cream with chocolate wiped on the cup. Went inside to get fixed and Steve decided to just throw more ice cream in it and blend it up and add whipped cream on top. Also got a 4 piece chicken basket and only got 3 pieces. Waited 30 minutes for crap!

These people don’t know how to read a screen to get a simple order right if you add cheese they forget to put it on the burger and will just give you cold slices so it won’t melt. They also will forget to add your veggies to burger. Everytime we go here they forget the cheese or add the cheese and leave off the veggies it’s just ridiculous. Also if you try to go to the drive through while they still have their open sign on forget about it you’ll sit there for 10 minutes waiting for them to answer and they never say anything. I pulled up at 9:50 and waited til ten no answer. These people need to get it together.

Really wanted to give a shout out to employee Brad. My family came in for lunch and Brad greeted us right away and was incredibly polite and eager to help us with any questions. Soon after getting our order, my 9 year old daughter dropped her cup of lemonade on the floor making a big mess. She was embarassed and in tears. Within about 5 seconds Brad was over at our table helping clean everything up and assuring us that it was no big deal. That really helped not just with the clean up, but with the tears as well. Thanks Brad for for going out of your way to make my family feel welcome and taken care of.

My wife and I stopped in today for couple shakes. We ordered the large chocolate. When they came out there was very little evidence of chocolate and the cups were about half full. I said where is the chocolate was told could stir some more and made a statement about the quantity and the girl said nothing. We left but will not return.
