It was good to the start. Steak over with salt. Bone marrow was a little of nothing. You could do better. 150 plus tip? I don’t know. Live down the street. Getting out is a big deal.

I love this place❕ First time here & was amazing. I'm often let down by steakhouses, but this one is awesome.

Junction Prime is hands down one of the best steakhouses in the Hill Country! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and upscale but still comfortable. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.
The steaks were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and exactly how we ordered them. You can tell they use top-quality cuts and put real care into preparation. The sides were just as impressive (don’t skip the [insert a favorite side you enjoyed, like truffle mac & cheese, loaded baked potato, or Brussels sprouts]).
Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. It’s clear Junction Prime takes pride in delivering a memorable dining experience. If you’re anywhere near Kingsland, this place is a must-try for steak lovers!

This steakhouse is a hidden gem in Highland Lakes. The food is amazing and drinks are as well. My husband and I love to eat here when we are feeling fancy.
Highly recommend making a reservation in advance. You may optionally be seated at the bar or in the center of the dining room, but depending on how busy they are - there may not always be open space.

The only fine dinning spot for dinner in Kingsland IMO. It's a true steakhouse with dry aged beef, all the typical cuts and several fish and other entree selections. Had the NY strip with grilled broccolini. Steak was nicely marbled and cooked correctly. Broccolini was served with almond slivers an grilled without it becoming mushy. Cocktails were well made and good variety of wines.

We rented a lake house in Kingsland and wanted to go out for a nice dinner. What a find! We loved Junction Prime. We sat at the bar and both bartenders were top notch. The manager, Juan Pablo, was very engaged and stopped by to see how we liked our food. The steak was prime and cooked perfectly and the wedge salad was delish. A true hidden gem.

Nice the food was good leaning towards great, as per the outside curb appeal sucks, the lawn and shrubs etc looks like ownership forgot about the outside looks.

Everything was just OK. Entrees were pretty good but Shrimp cocktail was not a good value and the table Ceasars salad had very little dressing. Bread was good but waiter brought 2 small butters for 6 people. Seemed like they were trying cheap out with condiments. Drinks were just OK and pretty pricey. Our drinks and meal was $230 per couple and we had to sit at a picnic table, really. You really need to get rid of the table if you are going to promote yourself as upscale.

Gianmarco (sp?) (General Manager) met us as we entered the front door for our first visit to Junction Prime. He was delightful. We didn’t have reservations on a Saturday night, although it was apparent they had plenty beginning after 6 and we arrived just after 5.
Gianmarco set us up and Sydney (sp?) was our waitress/bartender.
The restaurant is very cozy and well designed. We opted to sit at the bar so we could watch the kitchen staff prepare and plate up.
Sydney made us some excellent. Martini’s and recommended the most popular items off of the menu.
We split a Caesar salad (excellent), my spouse had the Filet Mignon and I had the Grilled Texas Redfish with Blue lump Crab on top. The green beans and fingerling potatoes were excellent. We shared a red and yellow beet in a creamy horseradish puree. It was 10/10.
We decided to try the mixed berry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream and it was a solid choice.
Overall, we loved this place. We live only about 40 min from here and we are notified food snobs, so we totally enjoyed the service, attention to detail and quality of the food. We will definitely return and make this a regular spot for us. The drive off of HWY 29 over to 1431 was beautiful taking the backroads via Hoopers Valley.

We had an incredible experience at Junction Prime! The food was amazing and full of flavor. The staff was warm and welcoming since we walked in. A special shoutout to the manager, Gianmarco, who went above and beyond to make our visit special. He even instructed the bartender how to prepare our favorite Mexican drink, Carajillo.

Made reservations for 7:30, arrived on time, was told at least half-hour wait just to be seated. No matter how good the food is, if you won’t honor reserved seating-time something is very wrong.
