Would have gotten a 5 star but they are prone to forget my bacon on my burger. Other than that it's a good place to get some eats.

We only got a milkshake. We would have gotten food but you only have fried and bread.
Dietary restrictions: Meat, chicken, cheese, and food allergies exception.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is a bad place for someone in a wheelchair. Parking is always taken in front for handicap people who
want to eat at the picnic table. I watched one day it an employee. If they are handicap I'm sorry. But I'm in a wheelchair and can't move around very well.

The lady who served us, Donna, was a ray of sunshine! The service was quick and the sweet tea was good! I am a Sonic frequent visitor and this was a good one.
Yeah not much to say about this place

Me and my boyfriend were just in the drive through at 7:30 trying to order a number one and a route 44 sweet tea on a separate order and the girl taking our order told us when we got to the window that we weren’t allowed to make separate orders anymore because it causes too much chaos for the team and then for the route 44 drink she tried to tell us that they don’t accept coins as we tried to pay in quarters with some spare change and she offered to get her manager and suddenly decided to take the change she handed us our stuff with complete silence and this all came off as very rude and lazy. I then find out that when I got back home my drink started to leak everywhere so I checked the bottom of the cup and there’s a VERY obvious puncture, too perfect to be an accident. I tried to call them twice to explain the issue but there was no answer. As I have worked in food and beverage I know that there is certain personal boundaries that should not be crossed and that every customer should be treated with the utmost respect as that is what the employee is getting paid for. We were never rude or disrespectful towards her all we wanted was to make two orders and pay with change. Shame on this establishment.

I went yesterday to buy me a hamburger and it was one off the worst hamburgers I've ever had bread was all soggy had no flavor and the fries were terrible the only thing that was good was the drink.
The way the Manager, Jackie, talks to guests is the worst experience, and if you are a guest with a disability like me... And then when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was one. Thru my tears I said ok. She then proceeded to tell me "my DM is here. Want him?".. and then to have the District Manager, Andy, lie to my face telling me the manager couldn't hear me because she took off her headset (the board was not totaled out and the red light was still on and I know for a FACT that you are not supposed to take Off your headset ) and then proceed to tell me that "I was standing right next to her, she was not being rude to you". What happened to B.L.A.S.T.? All he would say from the de-escalation process was "thank you for coming to sonic".
I would have NEVER treated a customer, let alone someone with a DISABILITY, like that.
AND MY FOOD WAS COLD WHEN I GOT TO MY LOCATION (which was only 3 minutes away)

Everytime I order the staff is respectful, they read the order back to make sure they got everything down Pat. The environment is so clean you can literally eat off the parking lot. These hard workers deserve a raise. Keep up the good hard work everyone!
