Food was cold and nasty. Gyros and fries seemed like they were microwave too many times. The gyro bread and fries were extremely hard and uneatable. I would not feed it to my dogs.
Manager said they do microwave the gyro bread and that's the way they prepare them. That was her solution to solve the problem. I did inform her we've eaten here before and the food was delicious. Never did she even attempt to apologize or resolve the issue. Very disappointed! Spent close to $50 to end up throwing the food away.

Don't bother with the new Angus steak and cheese. Horrible sandwich. I wonder what the steak ratio is??🤔 12% Angus....88% scrap meat. If, you're not in the North Eastern part of the country.......you're not going to get a good Steak, and cheese. Period.😎👎

Ridiculous- I asked at the drive thru for Arby’s sauce, then they asked if I wanted sauce and confirmed. I then asked the lady at the window if she did put sauce in the bag, and she said yes. I get home only to find no sauce in the bag. Great job! You can’t even do what you were asked and said you would do.

Been here twice now and customer service is great and staff was very friendly. Arby's version of the gyro is delicious by the way.. UPDATE: I wrote this review two years ago. And I still feel the same. I just really wish that Arby's would start doing online ordering and really curious if they ever plan to start accepting online orders at this location.

They should get digital ordering so I don't have to deal with mouthy cashier's. I ordered two for 6.99 and add onions and tomato and different cheese she said that's a whole different sandwich. My friend wanted a similar order but I told her just regular on the next one because she acted so negative to my first order.
We were on a way back from South Pedre Island and getting hungry for lunch. So we stopped by Arby's. Now, people usually sleep on Arby's. Arby's is much more then just a roast beef fast food joint; it's more like a delicatessen. They make a pretty good Reuben sandwich too. I dare you to give them a try, but remember they're a fast food place.

I can’t believe how terrible this Arby’s is!!! I just got home with my order only to find the Brown Sugar BLT was not in my bag. I was given a buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered not only cheese sticks, but curly fries and jalapeño bites. Paid over 20.00 for meal. I get home with the buffalo chicken sandwich and cheese sticks. Supposedly I wasn’t charged for the jalapeño bites, but where are the curly fries? Last time I go to this store! Incompetence deluxe should be a new item on your menu!!!
