DISAPPOINTED! - We were on our way back from an appointment and decided to stop at Chick-fil-A in Kingsville on 09-12-2025 @ 12:51pm. Order Number - 2680500. Wanting to get home we just used the Drive Thru line. The young lady taking the order was very nice and helpful. $27.41 cents later after picking up the 2 chicken sandwiches/fries and drinks my wife noted the Pretzel bun was burned as was part of the chicken. That didn't set well with her. My order came with tomatoes I ordered without, but that may have been a communication issue. No big deal, I just took them off. My deluxe spicy sandwich was barely warm, mostly luke warm. It was burned or black around the edges too!. Overall, the sandwiches did NOT taste good, or at least did not meet the mark of $27 bucks for lunch. I am sure there are ample reasons why, but in the end, you should put out a product like that and serve it to customers. That is NOT how to get/retain customers. We have marked the Kingsville Chick-fil-A off our list, what a shame, but there is a Whataburger and Wendy's basically next door so there are options to explore. All this because attention to detail, serviging sub -par food was done. Would hope going forward, management may take this to heart instead of deflecting and make it better for all.

I ordered delivery to doordash and I have order three waffle fries and they only put two. Very disappointed. After they have stopped gathering themselves, the service hasn't gone down really bad. That's why I don't order any more from Chick-fil-A only once in a while. Every time I order they always forget something. Not worth using the delivery for Chick-fil-A. This has nothing to do with doordash.

Awesome food Just a little on the pricey side and too small. Very friendly staff always with a smile. Nicely lit up.i can see what I am eating.

I love their chicken sandwich and their fries

Everything has been great for me since it opened up. Its a perfext spot as I travel for work. Unfortunately not only did i find 1 but i found 2 hairs in my salad. I am starving at this point as i dont have a set time for lunch and eat when i can. PlEASE BE MORE CAREFUL.
