Wife picked up chicken that was either overcooked or reheated. She called to complain and they hung up on her. Very unprofessional. We had always enjoyed the food there. Never again.

The chicken, fries and bombers were so good I ordered drive thru and they gave me my drink and asked me to move forward when they came and gave me my food it was hot and fresh and I asked the girl if she could switch out my drink due to it tasting so watered down she had no problem doing so only lil problem I had that the fried pickles were burnt but everything else was super good I'm sure if I would have told them about the pickles they wouldn't have had a problem fixing it they were great I will definitely be going back again

The worst fast food chicken I've ever eaten. Chicken and okra over cooked. Too much batter. Only good thing was the jalepeno and cold slaw.

I’m there every Tuesday for the fish special: two fried fish filets, four hush puppies, fries or coleslaw and a drink for $8.49. It’s always been piping hot when I get it back to work for lunch. The manager Ms Juanita is the sweetest as well! Go see her and get you some delicious fish! Their chicken tenders are my favorite in town too.

The fried fish, hush puppies, fries, and coleslaw at this place are undeniably the best in town. Trust me, the Kens tartar sauce is on another level. I don't mind waiting ten minutes for fresh fried fish because it's absolutely worth it! Plus, the service is both friendly and speedy, making the whole experience even better.
My husband's chicken tenders were cold! I waited in line for 15 minutes so I thought they must have had to cook them... that was fine, I thought at least they would be nice and hot. When I hot home (which was very close) , I was sadly mistaken. They had not been freshly cooked, because the three poppers I also got were nice and hot.... Bur not the tenders...So I don't know why I had wait so long! It's one thing to wait and have something prepared and be hot & fresh, but to wait that long and be so disappointed. We spent $ 25.19....

Went to the kingsville location and they told me that cash app wasn't working mind you was told that at the window after given drinks. I told them let me go get out the money. The cashier asked the manager on duty she rudely walked to the window and with her finger she told the cashier to get back the drinks. Like saying come here with her finger. When she could have just told him to get the drinks back or let us take then since we were already given them. We get back to pick up order she opens window takes the money turns around and stays at window with her back towards us like she was telling them that we actually went back. Finally turns around and gives us the change we wait for the food mind you it's just a number 5 9 piece gizzards and an order of fried okra. It was not even warm. Makes me not even want to go back with their poor service. It has never been like that when I've gone. They have always been nice with great service.
