Text too long to order first thing that happens asking if you're a rewards member which is fine but then you don't stop talking about all the benefits of being a rewards member when all the customer wants to do is order so when you order one item they say okay this is your total please pull up. Wait I wasn't done okay what else would you like. The whole process takes longer than it should because they don't let you order, they just keep talking your ear off

Even when calling ahead or placing an online order, there's usually a long wait after arriving at the time it is said to be ready. Honestly, any excuse to go and get a box of apple pies and they're worth any wait time. lol

My wife loves churchs..i on the other hand really don't care for it..Food is always cold and i mean always cold they make you at least 20 minutes for your good then it's wrong.

Just good chicken, seems fresh not sure on time out under the lamp. But they never have honey packets. Every time I go they tell me they are waiting on a shipment.
20 minute wait for chicken is poor planning on the restaurant. Do not recommend.

Church's used to be my favorite chicken place but it isn't what it used to be and the staff don't seem to care about what your needs are I will not plan on going back
