harley was VERY helpful. never been here before and she took her time to explain all of the options and sides and was very patient. got 2 huge pieces of chicken, ordered breast. very hot and fresh just came out.

I love Church’s Fried Chicken. Dined in and restaurant was filthy, hot and when asked for another ‘spork’ the woman said later and then forgot to get me one and even walked off. A nice gentleman helped me and apologized. A suggestion; maybe get a bit more expensive ‘sporks’. See pic of one of my three sporks. The heat of the chicken melted it.

Text too long to order first thing that happens asking if you're a rewards member which is fine but then you don't stop talking about all the benefits of being a rewards member when all the customer wants to do is order so when you order one item they say okay this is your total please pull up. Wait I wasn't done okay what else would you like. The whole process takes longer than it should because they don't let you order, they just keep talking your ear off

Even when calling ahead or placing an online order, there's usually a long wait after arriving at the time it is said to be ready. Honestly, any excuse to go and get a box of apple pies and they're worth any wait time. lol
