Last night, I placed an order through the Dominoâs app for pick-up at the store window. I received a notification that my order was ready, so I drove to the location expecting a quick and smooth pick-up, as Iâve experienced in the past.
To my disappointment, I sat at the pick-up window for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. Several employees were clearly visible inside the storeâsome even made eye contactâbut no one came to the window. There were no customers inside and no other cars in line, so itâs hard to understand why my presence was completely ignored.
After waiting far too long with no service, I left without my order due to the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I called the store afterward to inform them I would not be picking up the order. The only response I received was, âOh, sorry about that. Thanks for letting us know.â No apology, no offer to make it rightâjust a dismissive response.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that Iâve never had issues with this location before. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better service moving forward.

The only Dominos I have ever stepped in that I felt like they were happy I was there. Service was really fast and food was good for Dominos. Crust a little too crunchy but not a deal breaker. Definitely will be back.
EDIT: I've eaten here 3 times since this review and it's all been fast and delicious. Particularly their new parmesan stuffed crust.

Geez. I finally sprung for extra cheese and different things and they got it so wrong! I tried to call and Brandon hung up on me! Just donât order from here sweet Jesus when is somebody gonna open a pizza shop in this town!
I ordered pizza's for a youth program and asked for them to be cut into squares. I even called and made my request. Only 1 pizza was cut to my specifications, the others caused me to utilize popsicle sticks to try and cut the large slices into smaller more manageable pieces. Other than that the kids enjoyed the pizza. Also when I was waiting to connect with the store their was a recording that spoke of a special offer with a 1 ltr soda that was 15$ cheaper than what I ordered which was not offered to me.

I guess inflation finally got to sauces too, or they really want you to buy an extra sauce. Barely any sauce, and they werenât cooked that well. Definitely not worth the $8.99!

I went by an hour before closing time and not only did they have their doors locked but the employees wouldn't acknowledge me or my boyfriend after we knocked several times for their attention. This was greatly disrespectful and very unprofessional, these employees especially the female employee who SAW US should be at least doing the bare minimum of their job and serving other customers BEFORE closing time.
