Omg! Just literally drove off from this place without ordering! What a joke! We’re ordering the 12 piece family meal and he’s trying to give us two sides and we tell him that the meal says three sides. Took him forever to understand then finally says we HAVE to get two mashed potatoes and a coleslaw. We tell him no we want one mash, one corn and one Mac n cheese. He says no that’s what he “can do”. He can only change one side. No where on the menu does it say...read full review
The chicken is always good. Sarah gave us the best customer service. The manager needs more training. He has no patients. He's rude! Yells at the employees for everything. I could never work for someone like him. The cashiers are the reason we keep going back. js
The management here treats employees and customers so rudely and unprofessionally. The restaurant is filthy and no one cares enough to want to clean. If you get your order and it's wrong, guess who's fault it is? Definitely not the employees and they'll make sure you know it. Never patronize this place. It needs new employees (or new management) or to be shut down completely. I wish I could subtract stars versus giving 1.
