I placed a mobile order at 3:25pm to be picked up asap. The app let me know that it would be 5-15 minutes to pick up our order. We arrived at 3:26pm and we're told that it would be another 24 minutes for the pot pie we ordered to be prepared because the cook hadn't started making it. The restaurant was not busy at all so I don't understand why they didn't start the order when it is placed. I've already been charged. Finally at 4:15 pm I went to the counter to ask how much longer. One employee told me it is being worked on. Finally at about 4:20 I finally received my order. 5 tender combo and pot pie combo. The employees made no effort to make this situation right. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are in a hurry and don't bother mobile order because it won't make it any better. Employees are not helpful either and don't have any sense of urgency. Other than all this the food was alright. At least the pot pie was fresh. Can't say the same for tenders, fries or biscuit.

They are very rude and lazy!! I've been there several times and no matter who is working it always seems to be the same. An atmosphere probably created by management or ownership. We stood asking for a to go box, the employees saw us there and didn't even acknowledge us. I asked for help and was told I'll be there in a bit. This after standing there for a couple minutes and not even told we will be there shortly. Very disappointed with the employees this establishment chooses to hire. Hope other customers get treated better!!!!

I honestly do not know what I am more disgusted with, the customer service or the restaurants restrooms. Today we stopped in and were greeted with not only rude employees but faces as well. I absolutely hate going to a restaurant and being treated as an inconvenience and not to mention that the restaurant had just opened so in my opinion and experience the restrooms should have still been clean from the night before. If you’re thinking about stopping here I’d suggest not. Do better kfc!

First time having KFC in about 12 years. I never trusted one after so much disappointing, soggy chicken. Tried this place today and I'm totally impressed. Chicken was nice and crispy, not remotely greasy. Biscuit was soft and flaky. All around great. Service was fast and polite too.
