I ordered through doordash I asked for my pizza fresh it was not fresh this is ridiculous and absurd I asked for a fresh so that way I can enjoy a nice hot meal never will you get my business again I work hard for my money.

Had a buddy order from here. He got the Stuffed Crust Pizza and Crazy Bread sticks. He ordered online, they called him saying they ran out of Crazy Bread. But upon arrival, they had Crazy Bread. They also gave him regular pizza, instead of the Stuffed Crust pizza he had ordered. On top of waiting a near hour for a simple order. This is Little Caesars, not gourmet pizza. DO BETTER

As a general manager myself, I understand the importance of proper customer service and professionalism. That’s why I was disappointed during my recent visit to your store.

I wasn’t given my exact change, and when I addressed it, the employees whispered to each other instead of speaking to me directly. As someone in management, I know how situations like this should be handled—with transparency and respect.

I hope this issue is addressed appropriately and that your team is reminded of the importance of clear communication and accountability.

Worked the front counter when things got hectic — customers were asking if I was the new manager. I told them, “Nah, just an employee.” Still, I was the one they tipped, the one they remembered.

People showed love. My boss? She stopped scheduling me. No reply. No explanation.

You can replace workers. You can’t replace presence.
