If I can leave half of a star I would they I had got a very simple order just a pan pizza and cheese sticks I had told them my cheeses sticks barley had any cheese and they had gave me a remake on the cheese sticks the next day the second day I went to pick it up to see they barely put cheese on it again and they didn’t even bother cutting the cheese sticks never had someone messed up on a mess up

We prefer this pizza place over all others. We love love love the original bread sticks with the complimentary sauce that comes with each pizza purchase. We also really like that pizza always come with complimentary banana peppers on the side.

Stopped by here to get dinner to go due to tight schedule. The gentleman told me that it would be 10 to 15 mins. I told him I needed to make a phone call in my vehicle, he said ok. I came back in 18 mins later he asked how he could help me. (I was the only one in buisness attire that had even walked in) I said I came back in to get my pizza. He said oh yes let me get that he looked around and ran to the back and started making another pizza he stated he gave my order to someone else and he just put my pizza in the oven. I had a meeting I needed to get there and could not wait another 10 to 15 mins. So I left and told hime to keep it. It's not that hard and the place wasn't even busy. Won't be back.

I wanna know why its so hard for a company to cut a pizza correctly. An extra large pizza/original cut is supposed to be cut into TEN slices not 8. When I asked why they keep cutting it into 8.. I was told that is standard...not it isn't. This is literally the only PJs i have this problem with. I've ordered at other locations and I don't have this issue. Not to mention the app even tells you it's 10 slices unless it's a NY crust. I don't like to write bad reviews but it's really annoying when it consistently happens. Your job's not that hard. I know, I worked for Papa John's for 4 years 🙄

lol I just ate an uncooked pizza. Like literally the whole thing in the middle is just gooey uncooked dough. I just scraped and ate the toppings as I was hungry.

Ashley was by her self and she was amazing!!! If she is not the manager, she should be, and if she is, she needs a raise or help. She was very professional and kind to every customer. The outside us being renovated, but, the owner should invest on the inside as well. It was clean... but just in need of updates. The food did not disappoint at all!

When I go in to pick up, it's always very dark in the back kitchen area, how can you see what you're doing back there? The last time I went in an employee was wearing dirty sweat pants and crocs. They messed up on my order so I called and they said they'd replace it. They replaced it and it was wrong again. I didn't have time to go back again.

The food was delicious for the most part, which is why I’ve left 2 stars. However, my husband and I have been up the entire night with food poisoning. Papa Johns is the only meal we’ve shared today and our symptoms started within a few hours. Really not the way I was hoping to plan my weekend.
