Food is terrible , always cold 3 times in a rowService terrible when I waited 20 min and still got my food cold and complained the little kid she rolled her eyes , they need to hire grown ups who care for the reputation. Of the buisness , I really wish old management could come back !!

Popeyes is a great food place but over all logic to give spicy pieces of chicken when ordering was classic over wait time isn't exactly a valid excuse just so the customer didn't have to wait so long. I don't mind waiting if it means I can avoid getting spicy chicken. My stomach can't handle spice that's why I asked for classic. Not mad just disappointed.

I don’t like leaving bad comments, but holy hell, this location in Kingsville is so bad! 1st we went through the drive-thru the food was not fresh made. Biscuits were hard as a rock too. This second time I ordered a sandwich w/ Cajun fries and I got a piece of spicy chicken between two rocks. I kid you not! That bread must’ve been so old because it was hard as hell. What is it with these Kingsville employees? All these restaurants in this town have no pride in their jobs. What a shame.

Pulled up to order, waited about 15 minutes.. no response. Said hello? No response. So I drove up to the window to see if maybe their speaker was just out thus why no one heard me at the drive thru area, But no! there was a whole group of them just standing talking to each other. I waited at the window thinking someone would walk up and address me but again.. no they all acted like I wasn’t there and continued to laugh amongst each other. This all happened during OPEN hours so not sure why they decided to not work on the clock.. definitely don’t recommend this place!

The food is great. Service is not. 10.30.23, they did not have any ice, they did not have any regular chicken tenders, and they did not have any mashed potatoes and the place was dirty.The servers were friendly. The problems are with management, not staff.
