This was a horrible Starbucks! We had lumps in our peppermint mocha, we waited forever for our snacks and the worker at the end of the counter in a sock hat was rude!

I like the place - they are creative problem-solvers - if they don't have brewed decaf or their machine is multifunctioning they can always do a pour-over. Unlike the location on the island!!!

Didn’t get food so I can’t comment on that. Service from guy fixing my drink was lots to be desired. Ambiance: Just plain dirty. Dirty counters, dirty tables, floors were dirty and bathrooms were very dirty. Trash cans were full. Paper trash on floors and some tables too. I’m curious what had dripped down both bathroom doors. Maybe I don’t want to know. I left one bathroom hoping the other was better. I was wrong.

I go 3 times a week and everytime they mess up my order and refuse to remake it or just scrape off the whipped topping when I ask for it without. It is written correctly when ordered its like they deliberately make it wrong.

Worst coffee ever made and there is this one older lady that is rude. Literally wanted a simple cold brew with oat milk and 2 pumps sugar free syrup and they couldn’t even do that correctly, keep in mind they barely filled the cup with cold brew and i watched this girl add water to the fill the cup and barley put any oat milk. They need new workers or at least some workers that have actual experience of making coffee. We students pay a lot of money to come to this school and to get terrible service and gross coffee isn’t right. Fix it!!
