The girl who took my order (Hannah) was kind and clearly new. I purchased a Starbucks travel mug as a part of my order for my grandson to use immediately with his drink. I asked Hannah if she could rinse it for me and she asked her colleague to assist her by rinsing the cup. The colleague who had just walked into the drink prep area (Shea) refused. Shea then came to me and said "we don't do that" with no smile and a sharp tone. When I asked if I needed to rinse it on the bathroom, she refused to acknowledge that I had even spoken and walked away. She then went on to be rude to the rest of her teammates. I rinsed the cup in the bathroom. "Shea" was not wearing a name tag and when I asked for her name (repeatedly) she refused to answer everytime. I asked one of the other team members who told me her name. (Therefore the spelling may be off). She is rude, both to customers and her teammates.

Young lady who was the supervisor at the time with no manager present. was very rude when asked about a food item pending after receiving the drink order. Response was “Oh they’ll get to it when they get to it”. There is such a thing as common courtesy when addressing people in the service industry.

Came in today and Barista was extremely rude. Not sure why such an attitude but hey, we all have bad days. Anywho, ordered a drink and got half way down the road and my stomach started to hurt. I’m almost sure someone put laxative in my drink here. It’s ok, seeing as though I really needed a good cleaning anyway 😉 (Thanks). Needless to say, I won’t return here and would hope everyone else follows suite. There are many other Starbucks in the area. I only stopped here because I drive trucks.

So rude!!! For how much money I pay there i shouldn't have a batista be rude to me. It was a short Hispanic batista with glasses. So rude and unwelcoming

My boyfriend and I don’t drink here often but we got gift cards for Christmas so I was excited but when I got my drink it was half empty😭😭we were too far away to go back hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else because it seriously sucks

Wasn’t our day at this Starbucks! Went in and placed our order to save some time because of the car line outside. There were only two persons before us. Well 32 minutes and after five customers behind us later we got our order. Bummed about it. The barista told his coworker, I thought you made “”’s order. She said no then the barista looked at his tablet and told my wife that it was the system. It did not save us time at all! They really need to get their system checked

Double check your order before you leave. Especially drive thru. They refuse to refund you unless you drive back to the store and stand in line. Yet, if you call into the corporate number it’s no problem to get refunded to your card with the order number. Ridiculous and incompetent.

No soap in RRs, no paper napkins in dining area, 2 expired yogurt with empty fridge (no selection of other foods). Very dirty barista area. About 6 customers watching team work, splashing on counters, huge pitchers of drink rather than making unique fresh drinks, crumbs everywhere, they don’t clean up after themselves, I wonder if they wash their hands. Outside patio disorderly, chairs & tables askew.

Bypass this Starbucks.

Restroom had no soap or toilet paper. When asked about it the employee said there was nothing they can do about it because their manager has not placed an order. They implied that I can talk with the manager, who was not present.

I'm assuming employees are unable to properly wash their hands.
