1 simple order to go. Open to nothing faintly to what I ordered. You order, they repeat back twice and yet still get it wrong. Plus the frying oil really needs replacing.

The service was good. But when I got my food the bottom of the bun was hard, the fries were old and soggy, the nuggets were old and cold like if they had been sitting there for 2hrs. I decided to just go back for a refund insteasd.

Not coming back! They give you a list of choices so you never pay $5 for advertised biggie bag. Last time I got $5 deal girl argued that burger had to be off $1 menu. Just let Mgr know and she didn't even seem to care. Any decent Mgr would have at least apologized and offer a coupon or something. The $ menu was pressed meat and fried. Couldn't eat it. Thanks Wendy's! It's McDonald's from now on. ?

Tried to use a coupon on my phone in the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. When I showed her, she said that it was working. I asked her if there’s anyone that could help us like a manager or something like that and she said “no, we don’t have any of those”

I just have to say that though the food was very delectable, I can’t help but mention the wonderful service from your trainee Simon. So friendly and cooperative, probably the best food service I have ever received. People like Simon are what make establishments thrive. I will surely be returning to this Wendy’s.
