The lemon pepper boneless are super salty, they cannot be eaten as much salt as they have.

I’ve had a great experience eating here at wingstop Kingsville. Food was hot and tables are cleaned right. Only thing I can say is the kitchen should be cleaned more often as I can see grease all over countertops, wings on the floor. It doesn’t look appealing seeing a mess but that’s obviously going to happen In a very busy kitchen. I think the workers definitely work hard but upkeep should be made a priority

This store ruined me from ever, I mean never, eating at Wingstop again. The place smelled like raw sewage but we were going to eat outside but it rained. Water poured under the door. AND THE FOOD WAS NOTHING BUT GREASE WITH NO TADTE! Garbage.

Wait time is long when ordering for 4

If your order is correct the food is pretty good. Check your order before leaving because they forget things

Looks and tastes like they just burnt the heck out of em, and sent it off in a mobile order. Yes, those are two separate flavors.

Edit: Definitely nice charcoal flavor though. Kind of like munching on some Kingston Charcoal from Walmart.

Just got home with 40 piece boneless. All were burnt. Returned and shift manager claims they are all like that because they are freezer burnt. They had a freezer go out and they allowed the chicken to thaw and then placed it in the other freezer. Refused to give bone in unless I pay the difference. Getting money back will be reporting to health inspector in the morning.

The reason for the 1 star food is good but they shorted me 5 wings so when I called they had me bring back the entire order so I had to pack up everything drive back to the store and had to wait another 25 minutes on the remake when a simple we can just make you five more would have been
the simple thing to do instead of going through all the trouble or bringing back everything and waiting hungry

Only good thing is the service. Employees were polite but the kitchen was a disaster. I watched an employee drop the parmesan onto the dirty floor, and then pick it up and put it ON THE COUNTER. After that, he rubbed his face and went back to making people's food. When tossing the wings, he hooked his finger into the bowl without having washed his hands. I watched another employee use hand sanitizer as a substitute for hand washing before preparing food. I saw fries spilled on a dirty table that got picked up and dumped into the fryer and sold. This location also had a dirty tea area covered in gnats. The employees were pleasant but I wouldn't touch the food here.

No hairnets on girls or guys or beard guards. I ordered online came in person no greet or to check if you have an order. as assistant manager for fastfood they need to be trained better. wings were good though only reason for a 2 star rating. just have better service and maybe the rating will boost

On-line order took longer than 30 minutes. Ordered 10 pieces of mild bone-in wings with French fries. The basket of fries was mostly crumbs and barely had mild wing sauce.
