Only good thing is the service. Employees were polite but the kitchen was a disaster. I watched an employee drop the parmesan onto the dirty floor, and then pick it up and put it ON THE COUNTER. After that, he rubbed his face and went back to making people's food. When tossing the wings, he hooked his finger into the bowl without having washed his hands. I watched another employee use hand sanitizer as a substitute for hand washing before preparing food. I saw fries spilled on a dirty table that got picked up and dumped into the fryer and sold. This location also had a dirty tea area covered in gnats. The employees were pleasant but I wouldn't touch the food here.

No hairnets on girls or guys or beard guards. I ordered online came in person no greet or to check if you have an order. as assistant manager for fastfood they need to be trained better. wings were good though only reason for a 2 star rating. just have better service and maybe the rating will boost

On-line order took longer than 30 minutes. Ordered 10 pieces of mild bone-in wings with French fries. The basket of fries was mostly crumbs and barely had mild wing sauce.

Kitchen was a nightmare , you have the workers working the bare minimum with no sense of urgency when there's 30-50 people not Including the full parking lot full of people waiting for their food. Lady at the counter could not care anymore , ordered online hr and half ago , just to get there and be told that's it's gonna be another hour. Didn't really seem like there was no manager , they just kinda went and did their own thing , there was no direction what so ever, will never order here again. It's one thing you get a rush and did the best that you could , but when you don't, it's just looks bad and it's honestly a real let down. Probably the worst Wingstop ever

Every time I go, there’s a 45 minute or longer wait to get food. I find that unacceptable. Other places do wings well & don’t take so long.

Decided to order around 7:50 pm and didn't get my food till 9:30pm. I'm guessing they were short staff or something bt and hour and 40 minutes is unacceptable. The food otherwise came out the freshest and was really delicious bt the wait is just crazy asf.

Places online order. Went to pick up order 48 minutes later when it was supposed to be ready and waited another 45 minutes. All the wings were cold and hard. The chicken sandwich? They said they were out and would not replace it with anything. People were rude, restaurant was dirty. Won’t spend my money here again.
