The first time there there was a bit of a snafu.However, they fixed it right away. This place is great. We don't make it there as much as we should. This is not fast food bbq. The brisket is very tinder, sausage and chicken are the same. This guy know's what he is doing.

Got chopped beef sandwiches to go with 1 lb sliced brisket,sausage links.Sandwiches we're very satisfying.Sliced brisket juicy and tender,sausage also good.Meats we're smoked to perfection will be going back again.

NOT Good! I ordered ribs to go. He served me the worst part of the rack from a piece he pulled out of the fridge then microwaved. The creosote was so heavy that it burned the mucous membranes in my mouth. The ribs tasted like they were cooked in a dumpster. Bob may be smoking something but it ain't good BBQ!
