Food gets a 1 Star because it was spicy. This was my first time here, they should let people know they only serve spicy chicken. Too hot to enjoy.

Like the old fried fish. Today the fish was mostly corn meal. Service was grate as always. Rest rooms clean. Lobby clean. Got my order rite.

We absolutely love to eat here. It's worth the wait in line to order! The food is always hot and fresh! Plenty of seating for a large family. Plenty of options to choose from. Clean restrooms . Fast and friendly service always! The fried chicken is so crunchy and moist with the perfect amount of seasoning.

We been eating at Jenny's for about 30 or more. Clean restrooms, clean & dining room, with an outdoor covered patio to eat at as well. Good chicken, Daily Specials. Wednesday fish and shrimp are good. Burgers, fish sandwiches, fries, 2 kinds of onion rings, steak fingers, chicken sandwiches, breaded fried broccoli, corn nuggets, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, & ice cream parlor style ice cream, just to name some menu items. And baskets come with a drink included. Don't get that around anymore. My only complaint is Wednesday evenings are so busy. To dine in you usually have a line 1/2 to the door. If you do take out, the line at the window crosses the road and can back up 1/2 to the stop sign. Used to you could walk inside and pick up your order at the ice cream window, or walk up to the patio and they would bring it to the patio door . It made it so much better. They get over whelmed trying to get food out. Enjoy your meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking for a couple of cars. I believe they need to extend parking out back and maybe purchase land behind the restaurant to make line entrance further back and keep line outta the road some. Possibly serve food at patio to people doing take out, as to keep line traffic out of road some. Thank you

Food is very good! I had 2 pc white meat chicken. My husband had 5 pc chicken strips. Employees not so great! I don’t care what kind of day you have had! There is no reason to be rude to a paying customer!

I don't know about the service.I'm rebuilding my friend's house outside of Kirbyville.... His brother,
And nephew brought me the chicken strips. Just a small order. There was like 6 of them or 7 of them in there. Nice and tender.
And juicy. A definite must stop!

The lady at the counter almost always seems put out when we order. She makes us feel like she doesn't want us to be there. You can't beat the food, though...best chicken around! Reasonably priced, too!

The seasonings are inconsistent on their chicken and fish. It has good flavor but sometimes it'll melt the wax outta ya ears.. They do have the BEST fast food PRICES between Buna and Jasper.
