Stayed across the street. Reviews looked good so I went in. Got the fajita special. Was fairly priced and really good. Would recommend.

So I’ve been going to Las Palmas for years and they sent out a six dollars off coupon every month. Went to pick up my order this evening and they had not sent out the coupon for February. Spoke to the manager to see if they would still offer and honor my loyalty for multiple years, she said they are not able to give six dollars off. It’s six bucks… And that’s how you treat a loyal customer. Save your money go to a better Mexican restaurant!

Needed to be cleanes
$45 for small nachos, cheese enchiladas and chips and salsa… that’s a bit steep!! Enchiladas were rubbery, beans and rice have no flavor.. chips in my daughter’s nachos were burnt… never going back to this nasty place!!
This is Authentic Mexican food and it is fresh and delicious

Delicious Mexican food
Best authentic Mexican food in Kirbyville. Great service!
Took almost 2 hours for a meal when restaurant did not appear very busy. I've had bad service here before, but nothing like this. Waiting on a server to double as a hostess should have been the first tip that something was off. Server didn't seem to know how to take an order, fill drinks, or bring the check after being asked. If I had tried to pay with a credit card, I'm sure it would have been there 2 and a half hours
I had a take out order. Paid and left. Later I realized they had charged me twice for teh same meal. I came back and treid to explain. Then several more staff came up. It is considered rude in my culture to speak in a language the person involved can't understand. Anyway, they called somebody on a cell phone. Said my refund would take 5-7 days. I never got a refund nor an apology for the mistake and my time. Now I got to Guacamayas. It's ten miles out of my way but SO much nicer.
The # 2 is absolutely delicious! Looking forward to trying other items:) Also very friendly staff!
