I’ve been going to the Sonic since January 2024. At least half the time my orders are messed up or I have to wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. The store manager, Amanda, has one of the poorest attitudes I’ve dealt with in a while, don’t try to bring your complaints or be upset that the last five experiences at her location have been trash.

Food was ok had some honey bees flying around so you couldn't keep your window down but it's not there fault its just the time of year
Extremely disappointed tonight. My husband and I went here to get some drinks after dinner. We tried to order from the mobile app and they associates had the mobile app closed. So we went to a stall to order and asked the associate if they would honor the mobile pricing and he said no. Extremely disappointing and poor customer service. So we left.

It's not as good as it was years ago but the management team isn't strong like it use to be !! They scan for the orders too fast and don't get late tickets but you wait 6 minutes after they scan and their excuse is there's only 1 in kitchen and 1 carhop well thats poor management needs to be 2 in the front 1 for back up carhop and 1 for the fountain and 1 in kitchen is plenty I've been the 1 in the kitchen and I can get food out in timely manner under 3 minutes ? They don't make em like Mrs Pam and I was !! They just need MANAGEMENT
I came through as the Kirbyville High School graduation was just letting out. This location was packed with a drive through line that was about 20 cars. Almost every parking slot was taken and yet I pulled in as someone was pulling out. I made my order and everything was perfect and I received my order is record speed. I have never been disappointed at this location. Good job Kirbyville Sonic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The order was wrong and the burger taste like something you would scrape off the grill the to throw away not to serve anyone. I wouldn't have given it to my dogs
