Just bought a drink, it was good. Chose 3 for atmosphere because there were too many parking places for mobil orders. We did find a parking place without an issue though

We had to repeat and send our order back twice as they did not listen well at all. What we finally back still wasn't correct but the lady at drive through window was nice.

Salted caramel toffee iced coffee was horrid couldn't even drink it. I use to go there for dr pepper all the time but its always flat. Go somewhere else for drinks.

Love the pretzel the popcorn chicken was fresh and hot and so was the fries my shake was perfect and the carhop Kiya was so polite.

Used to be good but the last few times I've been there it's been horrible and I used to love the Reeses blast but now it's like the ice cream is watered down so thin and sugary I will not waist any more of my money there

It was a bit late and we were REALLY hungry and enthusiastic about food … and usually have great experiences at Sonic in other locations. This place takes “the cake”. Omg. Consistency of bun? Cold pudding. Disgusting. For reals. Tomato slices inside? Slimy. At the end of their useful life. I ordered “No Ketchup, Please” and got? EXTRA Ketchup! Syrupy sweet and disgusting. Did not get extra pickles either and requested onion removal was ignored also. Both burgers were gross. The french fries didn’t even save the day. They were fried in rancid oil and did not smell (or taste) very good at all. What a horrible experience. This mess cost almost 20 dollars. The only thing redeeming this experience was the young man who brought us the food. He was nice enough. But if I knew he prepared this rubbish? I wouldn’t have anything good to say about being here at all. Blech. Please fix the problems at this location. I see other unhappy reviews. Something here is not quite right … to say the least. Other sonics are doing better. Thank goodness. It’d almost be worth it driving over to the Kountze branch. That bad.
I just left from there and I waited for 15 minutes for just a jr cheese burger and two small milk shakes and never received it. Two workers were just outside acting like they didn’t have a customer still. Very poor service.

I admit it was late, 10min to closing. But damn they wrecked my burger with half a pound of mayo and katsup. Just rude to do that to someone's meal. And I even tipped em too. Just disappointed and im still hungry. (Cuz I ain't eating that, God only knows how much disrespectful spit is in there too)
