You might pass Kosse Cafe because of the way it looks but I advise you not to make that mistake. This is definitely a good example of never judge a book by its cover. Im so glad I stopped because I just had the best steak fingers I have ever had! The flavor was amazing. So if you're ever at the corner of Hwy 7 and Hwy 14 make sure you stop. You wont regret it!

Traveling from Lubbock to Huntsville. Just passing by when we seen this cafe. Not very appealing from the outside but don’t let it discourage you. Food is very country cooking, delicious and our waitress was so nice. My son ordered the spaghetti and she let us know it would be a wait but it came out so fresh and he said was really good. Salad bar was so fresh(8pm) which we loved. Very comfortable place. Next time we are around. We will stop by again.

Food is good and generous portions.. variety of food options from ...home style food like chicken fried steak or hamburger steak, to hamburgers and hotdogs, to Mexican food like taco salad and quesadillas, also breakfast served all day, so pancakes waffles eggs and breakfast tacos... Also an all you can eat salad bar option which I like. Service is ok, you may have to get your own drink refills, and To-go box or cup... The pancakes are huge and delicious .. there's also a kid's menu available.
If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card please be aware that you will unknowingly be charged extra without consent. I placed two different orders and the amounts on my bank statements were different from what the girl told me the total was. She added five dollar tips without my permission and if you order a double cheeseburger takeout make sure to check your food before you leave because they will give you a single patty

Just a good place in small town. Waitresses are always nice even when they run their tail off. Food is good and they always offer refills on drinks. Chairs are a bit tattered and at times a few flies don't eat much. They will always greet you with a smile. Worth the stop. Say hi and meet someone new.
