Rude and incompetent people running this store glad it's finally shut down. Time to tear that eye sore of a store down and put something else there. Everytime I ever went it was the worst experience ever.

We stopped there on our way home on a several hour trip. Dq is my mom's favorite so we pulled in placed our order and waited for over 30 minutes. After asking where my order was the man working tells me the grill is not working so I wasn't going to get my toast. I said that's fine because at that point I had to get back on the road. So I check the bags to make sure all 3 burgers were there and they were but they were ice cold. 2 of the burgers were chicken so they were going to serve my family cold uncooked food. This place needs to be shut down. They were missing part of the ceiling tiles and had buckets to catch the water right over the drink machine which had no lid on it. I will also be contacting the health department as it is dangerous to serve uncooked food.

We mistakenly sat by the door to the restroom. One of the employees was in there for over 30 minutes. We thought he was cleaning.....NOPE! The stench was coming out into the dining room! 🤢

We brough our Junior High Volleyball players (20 girls) to eat after a game. They were so helpful and accommodating. A big thanks to Sham who gave me her personal phone number to let her know when we were on our way! They were all so nice and helpful!

I was served 2 orders of burnt onion rings on a drive thru order. You would think the person who cooked them would know. And no it wasn’t at closing time. I will not eat at this DQ again.
