Came here for the first time and it took 20 minutes for them to make 2 medium snowcones (bahama mama), 1 large(strawberry cheese cake) and 1 small (frozen- bubblegum). When the girl handed me the last snow cone which was a medium, she says, “this one fell down a lot” and closes the window. It had about as much as a small snow cone amount in it. None of the flavors even tasted like they were supposed to. We definitely will not be coming back.

Said yes on recommending but wanted to offer some feedback. First time there today, didn't know we had loaded teas so close to us so that was exciting. About half the price as everywhere else too so I tipped extra. Very friendly young boys working. But, the tea was SO thick I had to dilute with water when I got home turning it into about 4 drinks lol. I also ordered blue raspberry and they handed me something red but they'd already made it so I took it. Lastly I asked how much caffeine level 1 has and they said "the same as a redbull" which I don't think is accurate and some people may not know that. I'll be returning for sure, just wanted to give some honest tips 😊

Well, I stood at the counter for a full minute while the two workers at the cash register finished their conversation before even asking what I wanted. Then I waited over 20 minutes for my order and just left. I was already frustrated from the cashiers, and then the order took too long for just fish. I didn't order any sides or drink, just fish. Oh yea I don't know who kids was in the dining room but there was about five or six young kids hanging around the restaurant screaming at the top of their lungs to where I had to go outside. I didn't have a good experience the first time I visited this place. I decided to give them a second chance since a friend worked in the back. But after today, never will I ever come back. I don't get why anybody likes this place. I would give it zero stars if it allowed me to. Do not waste your money. I certainly did. Twice! It will not be a third.
