They have taken my change for a tip even though I did not freely give it to them. And then today I was priced regular price for a half-price item for happy hour. This is not a knee jerk reaction I have procrastinated with putting this bad review but after years and years a bad service here I'm pretty confident that it will not change. Check your receipts and make sure you're being charged the right price for items and that they are not helping themselves to your hard-earned cash for what they considered to be a tip.

Passing through to go north, stopped to order a bacon burger and kids meal. Food was hot, real bacon used ( none of that thin microwavable crud) and service was nice.

I live in this town and eat here around once a week usually. They almost always get your food to you in a timely manner. Used to be a problem of them not getting your order correct, but that’s not been an issue for a long time now. Much more good experiences than bad here.

I pulled through here for the 1st time today. I had my dogs with me. The people working there was the NICEST I've dealt with here in Kountze. I was blown away with the sweetness!!! Gave my boys a pup cup and was just as nice as you could ever be. If only all my experiences here in Kountze was this good. Thanks ladies for making mine and my boys day!!!!
