The manager was very rude to my son he got on the app. They sent it to the wrong store, and refused to make it right . Also they never answer the phone neither location answer the phone

I dont understand WHY they have multiple workers and multiple customers waiting in line, WHY is ONE person making all the sandwiches? Used to, you had at least 2. But nah, they don't seem to care about customer service anymore. Oh and obviously they also can NOT do 2 things at once. Everytime i go in there, NO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. EVER! I was there at noon today and the lady said, I'm fixing to make some! Then had the nerve to lie straight to my face and say "I made some this am, we sold them all"... oh really? So, since you opened 1.5 hrs ago, you're telling me in the last hour you baked multiple dozen chocolate chip cookies and then sold all of them in rural little kountze tx? I see. 🙄 (nice people, just either not trained correctly, lazy, or incompetent.)

Employee was very rude to my fiancé. She asked my fiancé what size cup she wanted, and when my fiancé asked what size was smaller (medium or regular), she said “medium. Duh.”. My fiancé wasn’t greeted at all, she waited a few minutes for her order to be taken, no other customers were present but a few employees were standing around. When my fiancé asked for the receipt the employee who took her order said “but I was gonna throw it away. You need it?” Extremely rude service. I don’t have a name of the employee, but she was a white lady with white hair, her shirt size I’d assume is large.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. The way me and my family were treated was unacceptable. We tried to put an online order in, was charged the money, and it was still rejected. We were told very rudely by the lady with white hair that there was nothing she could do and we’d have to call the office only for the office not to answer and the messages be full. I walked back in to ask her name and witnessed her cursing under her breath while making a customers order. If this is how customers are treated I will not hesitate to never eat at this location again. Do better.

I'd give a negative five if it was available. Ordered a sandwich with extra pickles and extra jalapenos and got no bacon at all on a great garlic. Five pickles and five jalapenos. Place is joke and so is the heifer named Becky who made my sandwich.

I asked for onions and they put a tiny amount, I asked for more and they charged me extra. I still ended up with less onions then I get at most Subway locations. Won’t be coming back here.
