I dont understand WHY they have multiple workers and multiple customers waiting in line, WHY is ONE person making all the sandwiches? Used to, you had at least 2. But nah, they don't seem to care about customer service anymore. Oh and obviously they also can NOT do 2 things at once. Everytime i go in there, NO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. EVER! I was there at noon today and the lady said, I'm fixing to make some! Then had the nerve to lie straight to my face and say "I made some this am, we sold them all"... oh really? So, since you opened 1.5 hrs ago, you're telling me in the last hour you baked multiple dozen chocolate chip cookies and then sold all of them in rural little kountze tx? I see. đ (nice people, just either not trained correctly, lazy, or incompetent.)

Iâm only giving one star because I canât give zero. The way me and my family were treated was unacceptable. We tried to put an online order in, was charged the money, and it was still rejected. We were told very rudely by the lady with white hair that there was nothing she could do and weâd have to call the office only for the office not to answer and the messages be full. I walked back in to ask her name and witnessed her cursing under her breath while making a customers order. If this is how customers are treated I will not hesitate to never eat at this location again. Do better.

I'd give a negative five if it was available. Ordered a sandwich with extra pickles and extra jalapenos and got no bacon at all on a great garlic. Five pickles and five jalapenos. Place is joke and so is the heifer named Becky who made my sandwich.

I asked for onions and they put a tiny amount, I asked for more and they charged me extra. I still ended up with less onions then I get at most Subway locations. Wonât be coming back here.

The lady with the blue hair is extremely rude. I tried to ask her what all meat they had and she said Iâm not naming all of them and they were out of two. I said can you just name a couple of them. And she said like I said Iâm not naming them there all up there. This whole time I was being respectful and she was being all out rude. Wouldnât recommend going when sheâs there.

Typical subway. Nothing wrong with it, decent food. Smells like a subway in there, which for me is a unique smell.
My husband and I just left there. The two young ladies working were exceptionally nice. So friendly and had such nice conversations. I will go out of my way to go back there.

The new young boy that started working here is great he does such a great job with the sandwiches and truly goes above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. Before he started working here I couldnât say the same so the 5 stars is because of that employee.

Employee was very rude to my fiancĂ©. She asked my fiancĂ© what size cup she wanted, and when my fiancĂ© asked what size was smaller (medium or regular), she said âmedium. Duh.â. My fiancĂ© wasnât greeted at all, she waited a few minutes for her order to be taken, no other customers were present but a few employees were standing around. When my fiancĂ© asked for the receipt the employee who took her order said âbut I was gonna throw it away. You need it?â Extremely rude service. I donât have a name of the employee, but she was a white lady with white hair, her shirt size Iâd assume is large.
