She did not like that I let her know there would be bad reviews. Never will I go to this location!! I had chatted / vented with customer at another location. And they have had the same experience. At the Krugerville location and why they too will not return

Awful place, service the worst no manager around they bring all the food cold and wrong ask for chicken stuffed jalapeños bring them all cheese they still charge for them ask for cheese enchiladas it was the tortilla without cheese and chili con carne on top whaattttt they still charge for everything awful place

How “Very Very” Rude
Date night has never been so bland. My wife and I each started out wanting our own dishes but after being told that several basic things were out of stock, we went with fajitas. That's at least a somewhat safe choice... Right?No. No it wasn't. The meat quality was questionable. Especially the chicken. There was an extremely odd texture. The beef had very little in the way of seasoning and there wasn't a single spec of salt to be found. We asked for no bell peppers as my wife hates the flavor. You won't guess what was all over the place.The queso... Passable at best. I've had far better out of a chip aisle half pint bottle. Bland. Uninspired. Plastic. Boring. Did I mention boring?Further, my first two choices for a beer to have with my meal were out of stock. They weren't uncommon choices. They comped me one of my third choice in an attempt to try to make up for the issues. Then charged me for it at the end.Now, through what was obviously a pretty embarrassing situation where both the bar and kitchen were apparently conspiring to ruin this kid, our waiter held it together really well. Especially when we found out that it wasn't only his first night on the floor but his first night on the job. He is literally the only bright point of the night. I'm a bit sad I can't remember his name because he was a rockstar compared to every other thing we experienced.I won't be returning.

Every time I order a takeout meal from there it’s always missing something or something is wrong with it. They are one of the few places to eat in Aubrey and I try to support local businesses but it’s ridiculous that every time I try to give them another opportunity it the same thing. And when I call to complain I get the same heartfelt apology.And I have given several opportunities before I decided to do a bad review. This has been time and time again for the past 5 years

We come twice a month to eat and the food is good, but the last time we were in the service was lacking. The waitress was more engaged with another female employee and when we were leaving they were up front in the waiting area just gossiping.

The food is always good. Portions are large. 3 of us can share the fajitas for 2 and still have some left after we've had their table side guacamole. Don't miss that table side guacamole as it is delicious! Their enchiladas and fish tacos are also really good. Don't forget to ask for their roasted salsa and black bean dip (both complimentary).
The staff seemed moody. They hung up on me a few times until I decided to speak Spanish. The food tastes awfully similar to the Christina's brand; but not as authentic. The chicken in the enchilada was cold but everything else was decent. I may come back but for the price; I don't think it's going to happen. Make sure to have fresh shredded chicken next time. Gracias.
