These people are rude. They also take forever to prepare my orders. Their hours are inconsistent as well. My biggest complaint is how rude they are. When the young girl is there, she’s nice enough but she could be nicer. The owners are just absolute ogres. I know this is the only Sweet option on 377 and that’s why a lot of locals are giving it five stars, but this is not in any way shape or form a place you should be patronizing if you’re not desperate.

We went on a Sunday with our boys. Just as we walked up, the employee (maybe the owner) was making an ice cream dish in a waffle cone bowl that they were testing out. My husband was just about to ask what it was, when the employee explained that they were testing out their waffle bowls and asked if he wanted what she had just made. We tried to pay for it but she wouldn't let us; she just wanted feedback about the taste of the waffle cone bowl. How sweet was that??!!? He enjoyed it and I always enjoy my snow cones.

I have had snow cones all over. I don't know how they do it but there's taste the best in the area. Plus they are the only ones that give you points to earn free ones. Way to go snappy!

The snow cones are excellent! Service is with a smile, and the flavor variety is on point as well. I wish it was open on Sunday, but I know family time is important. Ashamed to admit that I "cheated" and tried another place this past Sunday. NEVER AGAIN!! They butchered the snow cone with it being a sold block of ice even 2 hours later. Don't make that same mistake... visit Snappy's instead. You won't regret it!

The snow cones here are always cold and delicious. Love the convenience of it being right there next to the park. It's always nice to be able to sit at a picnic table and cool off on a warm day. I always go with tigers blood but blue raspberry is also always a hit
