Went by today 03/21/2025 at 1:18 PM and there’s not a single employee in sight and their sign says they’re open until 4 PM?

What a nightmare.
Received a gift card and finally thought to stop. Bad decision.
Food wise, they don’t have hardly anything on their menu that they advertise.
Ordered a cold drink, no ice available. But hey, let’s make me the drink, give it to me, then tell me there is no ice.
Oh, and the poor girl couldn’t get the gift card to work.
Just overall not a good experience.
I’ll stick with the restaurant.

I have been going there for years. The last few times, yesterday was my latest, my latte was not drinkable. They had no sleeves and the latte was so hot you could not hold the cup. When I finally got to try the drink it was so bitter and had no syrup. I had to add sugar and creamer just to be able to drink it. The sign says all the bakery items are home made, yet I saw a girl bringing in a bunch of Walmart bakery items to sell.

Upper Park Cafe is a place I appreciate, but the Krugerville drive-thru location did not meet my standards. The pecan coffee was disappointing, with a watered-down taste. Sadly, cinnamon rolls, muffins and other pastry options were unavailable, and the sole option was a stale lemon loaf that was hard. I left feeling very disappointed.

They don’t have a quarter of the menu, but they advertise as if there are so many options. It’s no Starbucks, more like starsucks. For just $12+tip(because they now need a tip jar for handing you overpriced items) you can get 2 bagels that have been farted on, (untoasted) with not even a dollop, a smallop, of cream cheese and a tiny lackluster coffee the size of a fist. This is america, and cups of cream cheese should be full! This isn’t North Korea. We don’t have a cream cheese shortage and it’s not going to break the bank if you turn the knob on the toaster to 3 or 4. You should ask for a tip after the customer gets the food because I highly doubt you’d be getting anything. My family has lived here for over 10 years and we’ve been here several times. Every time we are more and more disappointed. Not only with the food but also attitude of the “help”. My family and I won’t be returning. That space would be better used for a port-a-potty.

Although I enjoyed the drive thru in Krugerville for morning drinks (to avoid going to 380 area) the service of getting the drink right is @ 85-90% of the time is wrong. Especially when charging for the correct order.Even after waiting your turn and still get bypassed to get that other new drive up after me order out - annoyingHas happened more than handful of occasionsOrdered a matcha with sweet cream- got matcha & milk as the cream $7-i guess making the sweet cream was too much with no rush of cars after meI will say the only employee that always went above and beyond and would keep me going back was the pretty girl with the copper hair - always super nice & wouldn’t disappoint with her drink recommendations and orders made

I want to like this place but again and again they just fall short. They are never open during hours listed, I’ve been there middle of the day and no one is there. The service is usually great when someone is there. They use sauce instead of syrup in their cold drinks so it’s just a glob of sugar at the bottom. Their redbull drinks are great. I would expect the coffee to be the same quality as at the restaurant but this is not the case.

I went here about 2 weeks ago, 01/30/2024, and got a medium dirty chai with brown sugar. It was pretty good, better than Starbucks. The total was $5.31. Today, I went and got the same exact thing and the total was $8.96? At first I thought I misheard, but nope, $8.96. So my question is, in 2 weeks did the prices change that much? Why is this not on the menu on the outer wall? That is a $3.65 difference!! Needless to say, if the prices are that inconsistent based on who is working, it will prevent me from wanting to go back. Maybe it was in an error, but I just a little frustrated because I was not expecting to spend $8.96 but $5.31..

The coffee and blueberry muffins are amazing. I live off 428 and 1385 and willing to drive the 15 min for coffee in the morning.I’m only giving 4 stars though because the last 2x I’ve driven over 30 min round trip they have been closed at 8am or they have a sign that says “be right back”. I waited for 15-20 min but could not wait any longer.Kind of a bummer, but if I’m in the area driving by and there open I’ll def stop by.
Great
