Choosing Chef Matt and Extreme Cuisine Catering for our Chamber of Commerce event this February was a phenomenal customer experience. Chef Matt offered a variety of menu option ideas that made planning a grazing table and dinner menu an easy and pleasant experience. The grazing table set-up was visually appealing and fresh and all the dinner choices were so delicious! Chef Matt attended to the service personally on the day of the event and his staff were very pleasant and professional. We now have an amazing caterer to use for our next Chamber event!

I called them up on a Monday and, impressively, they were able to cater a Lunch N Learn for 31 people at my company by Friday. Their efficiency and professionalism were top-notch. The food was simply amazing and fit perfectly within our budget. We opted for $14 per person, and it was worth every penny. Our menu included chicken piccata with a delightful lemon-caper sauce, a fresh garden salad, roasted potatoes, and perfectly blanched green beans. Everything was hot, delicious, and exactly what we were looking for. The team arrived on time and executed everything smoothly. I highly recommend Extreme Cuisine to anyone in need of a reliable and exceptional catering service!

Extreme Cuisine did an AMAZING job for a Bridal Brunch for us! Being from out of town, we had no idea who to turn to for food. We chose Extreme Cuisine based on their google reviews and their top-notch responsiveness and I am so glad we did. Our server, Haley was so sweet and did a great job. (And she brought to-go containers so we could take home the leftovers! There was plenty of food, the prices were good and the food was delicious and so pretty!
We chose the French Country Breakfast. Pastries, strata, the Baked Brie were all delicious but the Tortellini Pasta Salad was the Star of the show.
We give them 10 Stars! If you are in the Denton area and need a caterer, choose Extreme Cuisine Catering!!!!

The food was absolutely delicious and would have fed 40 people, not the 25 we had requested! Their pricing is amazing for the quality and quantity of the food.
I just can’t express enough how phenomenal they were and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

Chefs Kathleen and Matt are phenomenal to work with for so many reasons! They catered our entire CCTE-TCEA Conference at TWU, and they truly went above and beyond by providing us with delicious food, plenty of extra servings, vegetarian/ dairy-free/ kosher options, extra tablecloths, and accommodating some last-minute surprises. The spread they set up is also beautiful and the staff they employ were friendly and helpful. The ones hired to stay and monitor the buffet even made extra waters and coffees for our guests to take back, and our guests all commented on how delicious everything was. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

We used them to cater our daughter's wedding. We had some unique requests with needing gluten-free, dairy-free and nightshade free options. The food was amazing! The employees that worked at the wedding were friendly and a joy to work with. They were on time and very efficient. Highly recommend!
I have email exchanges where the chef quoted me $12 per person for Street tacos for my event, we met him to do a tasting, then he completely bumps the price to $23 per person which is not what he stated in the email. I emailed him back to ask what he could make work for $13 per person and after 4 days he finally responded saying he has nothing to offer me for that price. Unprofessional and a liar.

I emailed him back to ask what he could make work for $13 per person and after 4 days he finally responded saying he has nothing to offer me for that price. Unprofessional and a liar.

If I could give Extreme Cuisine Catering 10 stars, I would! The food was amazing, I highly recommend adding appetizers to your dinner menu. The Buffalo Chicken, the beef bruschetta, meatballs, tomato and cheese shooters, etc., were all wonderful. And then the main dinner was outstanding!! ALL of our guests were amazing by the food!!!
