Chefs Kathleen and Matt are phenomenal to work with for so many reasons! They catered our entire CCTE-TCEA Conference at TWU, and they truly went above and beyond by providing us with delicious food, plenty of extra servings, vegetarian/ dairy-free/ kosher options, extra tablecloths, and accommodating some last-minute surprises. The spread they set up is also beautiful and the staff they employ were friendly and helpful. The ones hired to stay and monitor the buffet even made extra waters and coffees for our guests to take back, and our guests all commented on how delicious everything was. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

I have email exchanges where the chef quoted me $12 per person for Street tacos for my event, we met him to do a tasting, then he completely bumps the price to $23 per person which is not what he stated in the email. I emailed him back to ask what he could make work for $13 per person and after 4 days he finally responded saying he has nothing to offer me for that price. Unprofessional and a liar.

If I could give Extreme Cuisine Catering 10 stars, I would! The food was amazing, I highly recommend adding appetizers to your dinner menu. The Buffalo Chicken, the beef bruschetta, meatballs, tomato and cheese shooters, etc., were all wonderful. And then the main dinner was outstanding!! ALL of our guests were amazing by the food!!!

We were very happy with our experience with Extreme Cuisine Catering! They responded promptly to my emails and gladly accommodated our requests. We ordered the French chicken and rice and had lemon raspberry cake for dessert. Everyone thought it was delicious. They offer competitive prices and do an excellent job. I would definitely use them again!

Exactly what I needed from the initial request for info down to the quality of the delivered food! Great experience for our company Christmas party. ECC responded quickly to all of my emails and professionally. They arrived before hand and set it up nicely. And the most important part- it was delicious and our Italian selection tasted exactly as it should.The only thing tiny negative was it's hard to get ahold of someone by phone, but email was always a quick response. I will for sure use them for future events.

We used this group for our wedding on 11/6/21. We wanted breakfast food for our evening wedding and they were super accommodating. We had a tasting ahead of time and the food was delicious. Everything was warm, cooked, and we had more than enough food for every. The staff was easy to work with and Matt and Kathleen were great about responding to my emails pretty promptly. Highly recommend them for anyone thinking of using them!

ECC offers a great menu (and rentals) at really competitive rates! We did their chips and dips appetizer for a nacho bar and then the fajita buffet for our wedding. We also used their rentals for our plates, silverware, etc. All of our guests complimented the food and service! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were sometimes a little difficult to get a hold of. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience and we are so glad we used them!
