The Sonic drive-thru in Krum, Is honestly the best in the region. The staff is great, the food is great, and honestly I've never had a negative experience other than maybe not getting a sauce or packet that wouldn't in the order. But it was quickly resolved with a apology and also it's never something that I've seen repeated.

We ordered breakfast burritos and they came out with blue all over them. The manager after I complained said it was transferred from the wrapper like that made it any better. Why would we want to eat ink transfer from a foil wrapper? Gross! Was refunded, but make sure to look at your food before you eat it or before you leave.

The food was good & as ordered. Cheddar Peppers were so hot that the cheese/grease squirted out & burned my hand. One napkin for 2 combo's. No peppermints.

Update: Went back for a slush. The center of the drink is white due to no flavoring. As I mentioned previously, we need to stop supporting places like this. Krum has a serious lack of options, sadly.
Previously: Service is very slow even when ordering online in their app that tracks everything you do and attempts to upsell you on junk you don’t want, like XM and Sam’s club. Stop supporting places that don’t staff at appropriate levels. Shop local.
