A.T. Eatz Burger Joint

The fried pickles were too thin for the amount of time they were fried. It was all overcooked batter and barely any pickle.
I don’t quite remember why I didn’t like the fries. They were the standard frozen, not fresh… maybe I didn’t like the seasoning 🤔
The garlic sauce was good but didn’t actually taste like much garlic lol
$15 for the sides and sauce weren’t worth to it for me.
Also the time it took to get my order.
I placed ahead but when I arrived no one was there and it took another 15min for someone to come out of the bar.

Disappointed with my experience at this food truck. I ordered a burger and fries and waited over 30 minutes, only to find out they hadn’t even started on my order when I went to check. I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes...an hour wait for a burger and fries from a food truck is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and left. They seriously need more staff to handle orders because this was just unacceptable.

They are phenomenal! The fries spices are to die for and the breading on the chicken is delicious. We were so happy that we stop by and she is so sweet and helpful! Definitely a good meal, cost affordable, and worth the drive to Progress to grab a bite.

I've never had such incredible crispy wings! The onion rings were out of this world! So delicious and never fell apart. Their signature rub on their wings was savory and sweet and I also had the lemon pepper, which were incredible! Unfortunately my husband devoured the burger too quickly before I got a Photo, but that burger was unreal. I can't recommend this place enough

I am not sure what happened with today’s order I just ate a few minutes ago.

The burgers are typically amazing for the previous price $9. They were so good that we ate here over 15 times in the last 2 months. It’s right up the street from our home.

Today I ordered the same exact burger we always get, noticed a $2 price increase. No big deal at all, the food we had prior was well worth $11 a burger.

The burger we got today did not even seem it was from the same food truck. The bun was so dry it was cracking while eating and the burger itself had literally no flavor and was falling apart while I was holding it, it was so dry. Fries were ice cold and also did not receive the ranch I paid for.

We’ll give the place another shot but if this is their new quality it’s an easy pass.

I am writing this for the owners, today may have just been the cooks, maybe they don’t care and maybe they didn’t receive a bakery order for bread idk. But if this was our first visit I promise you we would have never came back like we did when the food was so good.

Their Burgersare the balllllz.
But for real. Quality homemade burger, fresh fries. Burger isn't messy which I like.
Also, their photos suck, so don't base it off those.

Link I ordered from has `ateatz-burger-joint-29035-ranch-road-12` in it for the Dripping location...why hasn't this been removed if you're no longer in Dripping Springs?

EDIT: I wasn't rude to your employee - I merely asked for a refund. So basically what I'm seeing in the response is that it's the customer's fault, and then going further to dig into previous reviews I've made and somehow faulting me for that? Wow - I'll make sure to never recommend this place to any of my friends and point to this response.
