Kyle, TX location. Ordered a boil, found a hair in my food, brought to waitresses attention, was informed there was no manager on duty to remove it from our ticket. Abby our waitress stated she would take our number & have someone call us for a partial refund; she didn't take our number & charged us full price for food that wasn't eaten. HIGHLY unsatisfied & will not be returning.

We had Abby's for te first time. Ordered togo. Food was ready very quickly. Got home ate and Have to say it tasted very good. We had the Catfish/ shrimp plate. Food was fresh and hot, good flavor.
Ordered food to go by phone, and the food was ready when I arrived. Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Great shrimp po-boy and grilled shrimp. Loved the seasoning on the grilled shrimp. The vegetable medley, normally an add-on afterthought, was fantastic: properly cooked and crisp. The carrots were especially yummy to the point that my wife wondered if we could request a side of carrots next time.

Food was good. We got the fried rice and catfish Po Boy. I would recommend the fried rice over the Po Boy! The servers were nice, but we needed to stop them to ask for things.

Service was amazing, the waitress was great. My girlfriend had the chicken tenders because she doesn't eat shellfish and she said they weren't the best that they could use seasoning. I had raw oysters and crawfish. The raw oysters were good, really hard to mess those up am I right? Crawfish wasn't the best. I ordered the crawfish with hot Abby's Cajun seasoning and honestly it wasn't that good. No flavor or spiciness to the seasoning. Was there for happy hour, between us two we had 3 beers in total, tender basket, 12 oysters and 1LB of crawfish +tip came out to $86 try it out for yourself everyone has different taste buds

So my nephew and I had to come to Kyle, TX from San Antonio to buy a pair of soccer cleats, lol! So we decided to go eat at Abby's Crab Shack after, and let me tell you damn this place was amazing. Food, service, and atmosphere was amazing. If you're ever in Kyle, TX you must try this place out.Kid-friendliness: The server was amazing with my 10 year old nephew. Made him laugh and explained everything to him and had great interactions with him.
