This is the third time we have attempted to dine at the Kyle TX location. One of the three times we actually had a waiter/waitress take our drink order. Do not waste your time, if you are looking for something to eat. The hostess was polite, took us to our table and went back to the front. 15 minutes later still no wait staff. GO TO WILLIES OR ANYWHERE ELSE.

We had the best experience at Applebeeās celebrating my mother-in-lawās birthday, all thanks to Vincent and Sanai! Vincent, the manager, brought incredible energy and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. Sanai, our server, was equally amazingāso kind, attentive, and on top of everything. They both went above and beyond to make the night special, and their positive vibes made the whole evening. Huge thanks to both of them for making it such a memorable celebration!
I actually went in and ordered my "to go" order in person this time. All went well. My previous 2 called in to go orders were somehow lost because eventhough I had a confirmation number they didn't have the order.
