This place has went down. The staff is less friendly. Seem like they dont want to be attentive at work. Sat aat the bar for 10 minutes. Nobody was there. Asked the staff if I could order to go. He looked at me as if he didn't understand English. TERRIBLE PLACE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

My boneless wings were hard and basically I couldn't eat them. Told another customer at bar who asked about them with the bar tender right there. Asked for my check and she didn't offer to take them off or get manager or anything. At this point just paid and decided not to eat there again.

The place was empty compared to the restaurants around it, and just sad inside; terrible music and zero energy from staff. There was no hostperson, but instead a messy stand with old seating charts and wadded up paper towels. I didn't stay, but wish them luck!

We went to Applebee's for lunch about a month ago. We had a $40 gift card that came from Walmart and we were unsure how to use it so at that time, the manager came out to help. Our meal was only $20 but the manager had to transfer money from our gift card to an Applebee's specific gift card. He ended up transferring the whole $40 to the Applebee's card, paid for our $20 meal and then kept the rest of what was on the Applebee's card because he didn't give us the card back. We were unaware of how much he transferred and thought he only took what we owed. He stole from us. I'm 72 years old. I didn't know how that was supposed to work and I was taken advantage of by that manager. It is not ok for businesses or those running them to take advantage of anyone especially the elderly. It's unfortunate this man feels like it's ok to steal from his patrons, because it's NOT!! Don't go to this Applebee's, take your money and business to a place that will treat you fairly and has integrity.

The service was not the best. Our food was overcooked and not correct. Our drinks had very little ice in them. The table behind us kept bragging about how AWESOME their meal was while we sat and waited for the simplest items. When we were done with the meal I just handed her my credit card…should have known I needed to ask to see the ticket first. I was overcharged. First time in and last time. Her excuse when we pointed out that the meal was incorrect and overcharged was that the “kitchen picks favorites and they mess with her by sending out the wrong stuff”. What an absolute joke of a meal.

I have one issue the bathroom smells like sewage. Not the first time I experienced this. Not sure what’s going on. The foray it was later in the day and I figured it was dump customers that don’t know proper etiquette. But the. I came in today around 5 and the smell is still there. I know it’s a bathroom but still the smell is a put off. Just letting you know. I’ve been coming here for year and this is the first time I’ve experienced this.
