Wow. Kyle doesn't have many places that are locally owned, but out of all of them, this one stands outs immensely. Some of the best food I've had in a long time. Their burger is absolute perfection. Trust me when I say that picture does not do the food justice!

- [ ] I’d been wanting to try this food truck so when I saw Uber Eats delivered from there, I decided to try it on this stormy day. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and some tots. I could customize the burgers just how I wanted. I thought I ordered a single but it came as a double which was HUGE. That might explain the price. But it was decent as a burger goes. I got grilled jalepenos on mine as well. I wish they had been grilled more like grilled onions - less raw. I might go again and try something else. Mac does a lot for the community and that deserves my business.

I've been hearing the hype about this place for awhile. Finally got around to trying it out and well, very disappointed. I've worked in the food industry most of my life, so I am picky about quality. The first thing I noticed from the burger was that instead of the menu 6oz patty you get two thin patties. There was absolutely no question that they were frozen, preformed patties. If you want to change over to something cheaper to make a profit, at least change the menu. The patties were very grey and dry. Not good quality for a $15+ burger. Taste was fine, but no juice or flavor that you would get from fresh meat. So, it makes sense that the burger was overly drowning in sauce to mask the cheap quality. Also ordered the cheese fries, which are one of my favorite indulgences. The chili was 100% hormel chili from a can. Seriously, anyone who's mom made a chili cheese dip growing up can spot that from a mile away. Even the cheese was grainy texture straight out of a bag. That's what you give for an upcharge? The brussel sprouts were good. The sauce they come with was definitely worth it. Overall, this place is great if you've had 5 drinks and just need something to eat. Meh and blah.

Food was absolutely amazing with great prices! They are very accommodating for people with allergies and such as well! Andrew and the other employees were very pleasant, kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!
Parking: Went near peek hours and the parking lot had more then enough space for me and 2 friends trucks

The food truck is located behind The Railhouse building. There’s a huge yard to eat and hang out. Not sure of dogs are welcome in the yard. I went on Sunday for dinner and there weren’t that many people around.I was hyped up by the reviews and creative menu but I don’t have the same opinion as most. I got the blackberry burger and partner got the Cajun shrimp. My burger was so dry, I was so disappointed. Shrimp had too much seasoning that was overpowering. Fries were plain and limp, tots tasted bad like the grease they cook it in maybe, no complaints on the mozzarella sticks. I did like the burger bun though. We ended up only eating half of the sandwich/burger and did not eat the fries or tots.Normally I wouldn’t care about the fries and tots as long as my main meal was good but it all didn’t live up to the price. $42 for 2 people just to toss out most of it.
