This pitmaster and team should be the talk of Texas. I dont buy chain BBQ. Including Blacks. Definitely Texas Monthlys Top 10 in Texas. Im #1 and he's a close 2nd. Sorry dude! Pork Belly and moist brisket. Wow son! No sauce needed.

We were headed back to San Antonio after a soccer game and happened upon this place. It didn’t look like too much from the outside, so we were a little skeptical at first. We have never stopped in Kyle before. But the service was exceptional and my EXTREMELY hard to please hubs said “that’s probably the best brisket I’ve ever had!” We ate out on the patio and had a lovely lunch and the restrooms were nice and clean for travelers. My 14 year old daughter had the pork rib sandwich which was big and finished the whole thing. We’ll plan another trip this way for sure!

We got 2 chopped brisket sandwiches 10/10 Brisket 9/10 jalapeno cheddar sausage (homemade)10/10 and the chicken quarter 8/10. Overall one of the best bbq places around. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious! We got brisket, sausage, chicken, pork belly and pork ribs. All of it was amazing. Brisket was so tender, it just melted in our mouths. For the sides we got potato salad and beans. Those beans were legit!! Everyone was so kind and happy to be there! We will definitely be going back a lot now that we have experienced it. Prices were very reasonable for great smoked meats. Can't wait to go back. I will bring you guys some of my potato salad upon my return. Great job guys!!

I didn't get a before pic, so I'll just let the empty plate speak for itself ! We drive all the way from converse tx to eat here !! Brisket is juicy and Mac and cheese is a MUST HAVE!! I need the recipe lol. Anyways owner is very kind and so is the staff I highly recommend this place to anyone !!🤞
First time eating here and it was fantastic. To start off, the employees were so nice and friendly. The owner also came out and checked on people as we were eating. The food was excellent and portions were generous. The brisket was super tender with a great flavor, smoke ring and bark. Beef sausage, turkey and pork ribs were amazing as well. The pork ribs had the perfect texture (in my opinion) great smoke ring and they were really tender. Also had beans, potatoe salad and pasta salad, all taste great. I'll definitely be back.

100/10 the food is always hot,delicious the bbq is not dry it falls apart which I love! and you get what you pay for! The staff and owners are so welcoming and polite! The atmosphere is great! I highly recommend! Whether you are dining in or taking home it’s always delicious!
